Wir haben uns diesen "Koffer" für unseren Ford ranger gekauft um auf der LadenflächenKlappe noch zusätzlich etwas transportieren zu können. Bis dato haben wir es noch nicht genutzt aber die Verarbeitung sieht sehr gut aus.

Mit Stand August 2024 gibt es auf Amazon lediglich 4 Bewertungen und 0 Rezension aus Deutschland. Daher verfasse ich hier mal meine Erfahrung mit der, wie ich sie nenne, Dachtasche.Wenngleich ich an meinem Auto über eine Reling verfüge, habe ich mich gegen das häufig unter die Augen kommende Konzept von Querträgern und Dachbox entschieden. Der Preis spielt dabei eine Rolle, denn mit unter 60€ die ich für diese Dachtasche bezahlt habe, ist sie deutlich günstiger als gängige Dachboxen samt Trägersystem. Zum anderen der Platz. Eine Dachbox würde mir einiges an Platz in meinem Keller wegnehmen, die Dachtasche ist zusammengefaltet wesentlich kompakter. Außerdem nutze ich diese Transportart eher gelegentlich als häufig und da kommt auch wieder der Preis in's Spiel.Ich habe erst eine Fahrt mit der Tasche hinter mir. Leider habe ich vom Inhalt kein Foto gemacht, werde diesen nun aber bestmöglich beschreiben. Beladen habe ich sie mit einer vollgepackten Ikea Frakta Tasche für Karren und einer kleinen Reisetasche, zudem Teile von einem Kinderwagen.Festgezurrt habe ich sie nur an den Seiten an der Reling und als Unterlage die Gummimatte benutzt. Gefahren bin ich ca. eine Stunde, davon die Hälfte in der Stadt und die andere Hälfte auf Landstraßen bei maximal 100 km/h. Am Ende lag die Tasche nahezu dort wo ich sie festgemacht hatte. Sie ist wenn überhaupt nur wenige Zentimeter verrutscht. Regen hatte ich keinen bei meiner Fahrt, kann daher nichts zur Dichtheit sagen.Für meine Zwecke reicht die Dachtasche.Ich versuche diese Rezension hier bei Gelegenheit zu aktualisieren.

Wir haben relativ Kurzfristig eind Zusage für einen Rehaaufenthalt bekommen. Problem war zuviel Gebäck und zu wenig Platz mit Kind sowieso. Also musste eine Lösung her ich bin auf diese Dachtasche gestoßen die Rezesionen haben mir eine Entscheidung leicht gemacht und siehe da. Regen Sturm Sonne alles hat sie gut überstanden. 6 Stpndige autofahrt kein problem. Keine Nässe oder sonstiges ist eingedrungen. Ein paar Probleme haben mir die Gurte gemacht die nicht wirklich fest saßen . Muss jeder selbst wissen allerdings habe ich die Tasche nochmal extra mit Gurten gesichert. Alles Top!

Hab die Dachtasche am Dachgepäckträger befestigt und alles mögliche für den Sommerurlaub rein gepackt. War auch bei Geschwindigkeiten von 160km/h sehr stabil und hat sich nicht bewegt.

Es passt viel rein . Allerdings hab ich von der Verarbeitung mehr erwartet .

Quite literally. We wish we had found this years ago, and we feel very dumb for not having thought to search for something like this before. This product has brought us so much comfort and relief on road trips.We have a Toyota Yaris, 2 people and a 90 pound dog who takes up the whole backseat. Doesn’t leave much room for luggage (you wouldn’t believe how efficient I became at packing the car). We were constantly crammed, no matter what, and it made road trips so unpleasant.We were worried about attaching this bag with no roof rack, but it is completely fine and works great. You do not need a roof rack to succeed with this bag.We do not recommend the anti slip mat, it seemed to make the bag slide more. We do recommend wiping the top of your car before installation, to remove dust etc. This helps with grip.This bag holds SO much, even on top of our tiny car. We put most of our luggage in there (except climate controlled or delicate stuff like coolers, backpacks with laptops, etc.) but we could put way more if we wanted to. This bag seems to fit 4 duffles (not the jumbo kind), plus a bunch of other stuff that you can cram between the duffles. We can now move our chairs all the way back, recline them, no more luggage in the way! A miracle for our backs and hips upon arrival!The bag is very sturdy, reliably water proof if sealed correctly (we have driven through numerous thunderstorms), and easy to attach. It takes a bit of effort to place the hooks under the weather stripping, and adjust the bag, but literally who cares this thing is a lifesaver. Make sure to ensure the weather stripping is sealed back properly so you don’t get dripped on in the car when it rains.We recommend placing two hooks in the front on each side, to hold the bag as it’s blown backward while driving, and one or two on each side in the back. No problems this way, it stays on, doesn’t sway at all.We found that as we drove the first few minutes on the highway, the weight adjusts to fall naturally, and the bag strapping may need to be readjusted to put more tension on one side. Not a big deal.Tie the straps up and tuck them if you can so they aren’t flapping and making a racket, or potentially loosening the bag.Use a lock to seal the zipper, not so much for security purposes, but to ensure the zipper stays shut. I think it would anyway, but it gives me peace of mind to know it won’t fly open on the highway. Tuck the lock under the Velcro zipper cover to hold it in place and not put unnecessary stress on the zipper (we have a heavy lock and do not want to misshape the zipper).Oh, and not to mention, a great price. Most roof rack mechanisms cost hundreds of dollars. It hurts our fuel economy slightly, we fill up slightly more (on a 13 hour drive we may fill one more time than usual, but use only a quarter of that tank).10/5 stars. Bravo, and hallelujah. I cannot stop raving about this product.

We wanted extra storage capacity for a long family trip in our 3-row vehicle with a built-in crossbar (two horizontal bars going across the width of the vehicle). the roof bag worked well and was spacious, but be mindful that it's going to take a while to put your luggage on your car roof particularly if you have a taller vehicle. the hooks for the crossbars are adjustable, but since you don't know how much slack you'll need for the amount of luggage you're going to put into the roof bag once it's on top of the roof, you're going to have to do some adjusting of the hooks as you figure out how to optimally pack your roof bag to maximize spacing. We opted to hook each corner loosely to the cross-bars and then add suitcases and bags on both sides of the SUV, which requires walking around the vehicle and reaching up high to make adjustments. Depending on the positioning of the cross-bars, you have to decide if you're going to put your hard suitcases in front of behind the crossbars. During the first leg of our 10 hour road trip, we noticed that we didn't secure the loose straps and they were flapping in the wind and rain the whole time. I tried to do a better job of securing the excess straps, but by the time we finished the 30 hours of drive-time, the edge of one of the straps started fraying. The 15-30 minutes it takes to pack the roof bag is probably more specific to roof bags generally rather than this product specifically. The plastic material and the zippers were sturdy. It rained for large portions of the trip, but the zipper guards did a good job of keeping the rain out and the luggage dry. I recommend this product, but would love a better way of securing the excess straps other than poorly tying a bunch of knots that I then had to undo later to get our materials. Also, be mindful of which luggage you may have to access and where you position them if you're planning on staying somewhere overnight during your trip. It's less fun to be rummaging around the different sections of your roof bag at night at the end of a 14 hr day.

HOLY WOW CAMPERS!!! I'm a camper on a budget with an 05 Honda Accord. My husband and I recently went on an over 2,500 mile road trip from KC to Page Arizona and everywhere in between for 10 days. As it was our wedding/honeymoon camping road trip, we needed room for a LOT more stuff than usual! Without the option of a roof rack, or side rails, this roof bag is like doubling your trunk space. The material is THICK waterproof vinyl, with a sturdy zipper and flaps that velcro over the zipper. We used a carabiner to clip the zippers together to ensure they did not work apart on the road. We went through mountains and deserts going from 50° to 108° with no fading or cracking. Very little rain experienced, but nothing got through.The set up is very easy, I packed all of our camping gear into the bag while it was on the living room floor to ensure I knew how much would fit. We then placed the non slip mat on the roof, lifted the empty bag on, then reloaded it with the gear. Gear included the tent, 2 sleeping bags, 2 sleep mats, yoga mat, 2 camp chairs, 2 tarps, fold up table, picnic mat, and we were only about 3/4 full. That allowed us to keep out wedding gear, pro photography gear, and food pantry gear in the trunk and backseat without any shoving.The metal hooks easily clip onto the frame of the car under the weather stripping. All of the buckles and straps stayed secure and did not budge one millimeter during our trip. During unload and repack for each camp sight, we just unzipped one side plus the back, and left the straps and buckles in place on the other side. There was very minimal noise from one strap not being tucked into the door frame or wrapped and tied around the tight straps. That was just our fault. I would give this. 10/10 for affordable and super useful. We're also going to be using it for storage in the basement to keep the gear clean, but it comes with a storage bag.

Looks good, holds heaps of stuff. Survived an epic journey across Australia with no issues at all.
