Super motivierend. Endlich musste ich nicht mehr auf die ihr schauen. Workouts direkt auf der Brille und man kann kann sich voll und ganz auf das Training konzentrieren. Auch für das Freiwasserschwimmen ist der Kompass super. Features gibt es leider nur mit dem kostenpflichtigen Abo, sonst lassen sich die Features nicht nutzen.Leider nach 3 Monaten Gebrauch beschlagen die Gläser während dem Training trotz Fogspray, bei diesem Preis etwas ärgerlich

I'm a lazy swimmer. Constantly needing motivation to swim. These goggles do that. No longer need to do that awkward look at the wrist to check times and distance.A lot of reviews talk about the fit and how tight you need them. For me they've never leaked once. The level of suction around the eyes is strong. It does leave marks but again there's no leak for me. If you're pushing off from the wall correctly then your arms will reduce the amount of drag and force on the goggles. They're not the comfiest of goggle I've ever had but it's a small price to pay for the level of detail you get about your swim. Follow the guides and your stroke will improve. The level of detail on the app is excellent. It's very accurate and the heart rate matches both my Garmin watch and Huawei GT5. The goggles quality is excellent as you'd expect for the price my only criticism is the reduced field of vision. In a busy lane swim you're going to need to stay alert. You see other swimmers at the last moment and the wall creeps up on you.If you're a serious swimmer who wants to improve your stroke and head position these will do just that. If like me you're awful at counting lengths then these will keep you right. If you need to stay motivated with lap length and set timings then these are for you. Spend time getting the fit right, follow the guides and you've got an amazing bit of kit.

I originally bought a pair of Form v1 goggles off ebay, and used them for almost 2 years. They have been a game changer for me in my training. I also bought a pair of Form V1 googles (new) for my Son (12 at the time) who swims with a local Club. The goggles are very powerful, if you buy the subscription, you can build your own custom workouts, which get saved to the goggles. But for me the only feature I really use is Pool Swim ( no subscription required ). I just push off the wall and they give me all the data. Current Time, Last Split, Last Interval. How far I have swam, great for people who loose count during distance sets. The display screens are customizable with the stats you want to see. Its very motivating to see how small changes in your stroke change your split times. Only feature they are missing live Speed in M/s. but no goggles have that yet. Form V3 maybe : )The main reason I bought the V2 goggles is one day I went to the pool and when trying to turn on my Form v1 Goggles, then just stayed on the logo boot screen, and then finally said connect to app for update. But then they wouldn't connect to the app. After going through a ton of steps, and hard resetting them to wipe the memory, I finally was able to get them to reconnect to the app, but now they just get stuck on the updating function. I have already contacted Form, but of course the goggles are not under warranty so I am out of luck. Lesson be learned, never leave your Smart goggles in the case, in the trunk of your Black Car ,which is parked under the Houston Texas Sun for a week, with it being Mid 90s. This likely was the cause of the issues.I went ahead and reluctantly bought the form v2 goggles, as I didn't know when a fix for my form v1 goggles would be available. As a former user of the form v1 goggles I can better explain the differences.1. Antifog is excellent. with my form v1 goggles I was having to constantly take them off and wipe the lenses to keep them clear. For the first couple weeks the V2 versions never fogged up on me. But now almost 4 weeks into using the goggles, the insides are a starting fog up a bit. I have been swimming 2 hours / day, 5 days a week for the past month. I have been very careful to not touch the insides of the lenses with the new goggles. It was nice while I lasted, but honestly I have never had antifog every last on any goggles I have owned.2. Faster Boot up. V2 seems to boot up much faster than V1.3. Built in heart rate monitor seems to work well, and I like the additional line of text at the top that shows your current heart rate. its nice not having to charge another accessory with a HR monitor like I did with my Form v1 goggles.4. Seals around eyes are better and more comfortable on V2, than V1. With V1 I had to get them pretty tight to not leak. With V2, I am able to keep them at a more comfortable tightness level and not have them leak. almost 4 weeks in, I am staring to get slight leaks, but I determined it was the straps stretching out a bit. I tightened them a little and leaks are gone. I might need to swap to a tighter nose piece too. They are still much more comfortable than V1.5. Screen brightness seems the same with both goggles. V2 seems just slightly easier to see during daytime, vs V1, but keep in mind the V1 goggles I had were used, and there was nothing left for the sunblocking reflective coatings on the outside.6. Sensitivity on push off seems different. I have noticed my split times on the V1 seemed faster than with V2. V2 seems to start a little sooner after you push off the wall. There are times when I push off the wall, and start swimming and V2 says I am already at 4 seconds, when I feel like I should only be at 2.5 or 3 seconds. Not a huge deal, but just something to take note of. 4 weeks in, I don't notice this anymore. Not sure if the goggles have learned based on my movements, or if its just all in my head.7. Storage case with V2 is a little more compact. but I do like the divider on the inside that your goggles can wrap around. Just a little worried that the lenses will run on the inside of the case, but so far no issues.8. The navigational buttons on V2 are bigger. Easier to press, than V1.9. Field of view seems just slightly better than V1. But don't expect to get the wide angle view of some old Swedish Goggles. For me at least the data I get in the display far exceeds any limitations in the view angle.Forced to buy membership with V2.Ok this is the only Gripe I have with V2, and from what I have read online its also one of the biggest gripes from other Form users. Since expressing this with Form it seems they are working to make improvements.You can't use the goggles til you activate them, and to activate them you have to create an account with form, and pay for a membership that is set to start after the 2 week trial ends. Its one thing to ask people to create an account, but forcing them to submit their credit and billing info just to use the goggles is wrong. After I did this I then had to login to the website and cancel my subscription just so my credit card would not be billed. Once again this is wrong. I just use my goggles for pool swim to track my splits and distance swam. I don't need any of the membership features. They should allow you to use the goggles straight out of the box without having to connect to a phone, or setting up an account, and submitting your billing info. I originally rated the goggles on 2 stars, based on this poorly thought out Activation process, but after seeing form reach out to right the wrong, I have confidence they are actually listening to customers.The first time you swim down the pool and flip, and see your split, you will understand how powerful these goggles are. Having that kind of feedback is a huge motivator.

Konnte an dieser Brille nicht vorbei, als Amazon sie kürzlich im Angebot hatte.Praktische Erfahrung habe ich noch nicht sammeln können, da gibt es aber auch auf YouTube schon ausgiebige Reviews dazu. Mein erstes Fazit vom Auspacken und anschauen: hochwertige Tasche, gute Qualität der Brille allerdings mit dem schon oft genannten eingeschränkten Sichtfeld.Mein Anwendungsschwerpunkt wird Freiwasserschwimmen sein, da reicht mir eine einigermaßen gute Aufzeichnung der Strecke und Zeit, alles andere ist Bonus.Für 249,- hätte ich sie nicht behalten da dürfte es keine solchen Schwachpunkte wie in den negativen Rezensionen genannt geben. Hab sie für 149,- hier bekommen, der Preis wie bei den „no name“ Konkurrenzprodukten. Sicher auch ne interessante Info als Benchmark für die Schnäppchenjäger unter Euch :)

Sehr gutes Tool zur Trainingssteuerung im Wasser. Echtzeitherzfrequenz um die Intensitäten zu steuern.Darüber hinaus Runden-/Längenzähler, Technik tool, und bei Abschluss eines Abos auch Trainingsprogramme. Wegen des Abo Modells ein Stern Abzug. Wenn man 250€ für eine Schwimmbrille ausgibt wären solche Features irgendwie erwartbar.

In short, these are the goggles you need if you want to improve your swimming technique and endurance without hiring a coach.There are a few things that can be improved:1) The field of view is not great. The peripheral view is virtually non-existent.2) I have mild farsightedness (+0.25D), and the display image is slightly blurred. It would be great if it were possible to adjust the focus of the image slightly.

unfortunately the sight of these goggles is very limited, not only on the sides, but to the front. The pace is not measured in real time, as I expected. On sunny days the metrics on the dot matrix are not well visible.

Tolles Gadget, das das Schwimmtraining erleichtert - klare Kaufempfehlung für ernsthafte Schwimmer - einziges Manko: für Brillenträger wie mich eingeschränkte Sicht…

Diese Brille ist ein für dieses Marktsegment "völlig normales" Produkt und dient nur Zweien:Den Venture Capital Gebern und der Müllabfuhr.Insbesondere das teuerere Model mit der "SwimStraight" Funktion enttäuscht, denn man schwimmt damit leider nicht geradeause, sondern im Kreis, denn das eingebaute Gyroskop funktioniert nicht und lenkt den Schwimmer mit jedem Schwimmzug oder Schlag etwa 10 Grad nach rechts. Das Problem entstand vor cirka 5 Wochen als die Fa. Form eine vereinfachte Version der Kalibrierung einführte und die ist leider fehlerhaft. Seither versucht angeblich die Abteilung "Machine Learning" fieberhaft das Problem zu lösen, löst es aber nicht und der Schwimmer, der sich an den Support wendet, bekommt im 3-Tagesabstand einen neuen Tip wie er das Problem evtl. lösen könnte und das Rezept oder Update, das er dann bekommt, hilft erneut nicht. Die versprochene 30-Tage-Zurück Garantie wird ebenfalls nicht eingehalten, zumindest erhält man auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage hin KEIN Retouren-Label und die Empfehlung das Produkt an eine Adresse in Holland zu schicken (auf eigene Kosten) ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend, denn die Fa. Form sitzt in Vancouver in Kanada und ob man sein Geld jemals wiedersieht, steht in den Sternen. - Nun ist die SwimStraight Funktion einzig und alleine für Freiwasserschwimmer und man könnte jetzt meinen, dass das Produkt für den Schwimmbad-Schwimmer trotzdem von Nutzen sein könnte, aber auch das ist wohl eher Wunschdenken. Zwar scheint es zunächst einleuchtend, dass die eingebaute Headcoach Funktion sehr nützlich sein könnte, da sie praktisch schon während des Schwimmens Verbesserungsvorschläge bringt. Aber wie gesagt, auch das hört sich schöner an, als es in der Realität ist, denn die Brille fokussiert zu stark auf Basistechnik, nur leider kann sie diese "Basics" nicht messen, denn wie oben bereits beschrieben, das Gyroskop funktioniert nicht und entsprechend sind auch alle Angaben zur richtigen Kopfhaltung, Atmung etc. für die Mülltonne und wie bei allen elektronischen Schwimmhilfen (einschließlich aller teueren Sportuhren) beträgt die Abweichung bei der Zeitnahme 4 Sekunden (also mehr als der Abstand zwischen dem ersten und dem Letzten im Wettkampf) und entsprechend sind auch alle Auswertungen falsch. Distanzmessungen sind ebenfalls eher geschätzt als gemessen (allerdings ist die Brille hier den Sportuhren sogar eher überlegen), aber eben die Auswertungen sind auch hier für den Müll. Und darüberhinaus sagt mir die Brille leider immer erst 4 Sekunden zu spät, dass ich im Trainingsplan eine Pause machen soll und ich schwimme bereits wieder 4 Sekunden auf der nächsten Bahn bevor ich die Meldung "Pause" bekomme. Überdies ist der Käufer dieser Brille sich meistens nicht bewußt, dass er jeden Monat nochmals etwa 10 Euro extra blechen muss, denn die Brille macht nur Sinn, wenn man den headcoach dazubucht und er kostet eben.... Monat für Monat. Und auch die Herzfrequenzmessung durch diese Brille arbeitet nicht fehlerfrei. - Ich habe soeben ein 24 Std. Schwimmen gewonnen, aber vermutlich nur, weil ich nach etwas 30 Minuten die Brille ausgezogen habe, da sie mehr als nur unbequem ist und als Schwimmbrille nichts bringt. Um es kurz zu machen: Wer diese Brille kauft sitzt (wie auch die Besitzer von sportuhren) in einem Hamsterrad und vergleicht seine "Leistung" permanent mit Fehlmessungen und kommt nie an irgendeinem "realen" Trainingsziel an, sondern nur an automatisierten (fehlerhaften!) Lobeshymnen oder Kritiken, die ihn fortwährend am Ball halten, weiterhin auf falsche Empfehlungen zu hören und ihn irgendwann derart dressiert haben, dass er ohne die Brille gar nicht mehr trainieren kann. Lösung: Spare Dir teuere Sportuhren oder gar diese "Wahnsinnsbrille" und nutze die Zeit, die du dich mit der Uhr oder der Brille beschäftigst besser für's Training, dann kommst du weiter. Für ein Training bedarf es weiterhin eines Trainers und im Spitzensegment auch eines Sportmediziners, die DICH individuell (und nicht autmatisiert!) betreuen. Solche Trainer benutzen übrigens für's Training höchstens eine (oft 30 Jahre alte) analoge Stoppuhr und ggf. auch mal eine Videokamera, falls das Schwimmbad das erlaubt. Alles andere ist Mist!! Das einzig beruhigende an der Fa. Form ist, dass ihr Venture Capital Geber auch nichts von seinem Investment hatte, denn dahinter verbarg sich die Silicon Valley Bank und die ging kürzlich pleite. Die Rettung für die Bank kommt jetzt aus China und ob die die Fa. Form weiterfinanzieren wollen, steht in den Sternen. Positives: Der Support antwortet sehr nett (aber leider ohne Problemlösung) und das Marketing der Firma ist wirklich prima, bin auch darauf reingefallen. Ciao
