This freestanding garden hose holder is surprisingly stable and well built, even when fully loaded with a heavy-duty 50 or 75 foot hose. The metal construction feels strong and holds up well outdoors without bending or tipping, and the black finish looks clean and resists rust. I like that it is detachable and easy to move if you want to reposition it in the yard or take it down for the winter. Setup was simple and required no tools, which was a plus. It keeps the hose neatly coiled and off the ground, making it easier to use and helping extend the hose’s lifespan by avoiding kinks and wear. I have used wall-mounted hose reels before, but this freestanding option is much more flexible and does not require drilling or permanent installation. A great choice if you want a solid hose storage solution that works right out of the box and holds up in daily use.

This is a very attractive seemingly well-constructed, hose holder. It seems heavier than others that I have seen in the past. I have just gotten it fully assembled, and it was not bad at all. The instructions seem quite complete, and I am in no way one who would ever claim to be very capable in this matter! In spite of my lack of expertise, it came together rather intuitively! This is a very attractive Hose Holder. Much more decorative than I anticipated! There are four nicely reinforced anchor points wherein the weight is supported and anchored by the large spikes that you simply push into the soil to affect a solid anchor of the hose holder and the hose. The entire unit seems quite solid and seems as though it will not have any difficulty holding the hose rather easily. The scroll work on the front piece is visually attractive as well! The coating seems as though it is likely put on quite well, as I did not notice any rubbing off in the process of assembling it.In summary, this hose stand seems quite solid. It is able to hold and support the hose I installed onto its arms, and it is holding the hose effortlessly. The finish seems as though it is well applied, so that should enable it to stand up well to any inclement weather. I had no difficulty assembling it. As I mentioned, it was easy to follow the instructions and was ultimately quite intuitive to assemble. The hose holder is visually quite attractive and is sturdy. Given what I have personally experienced, I would definitely give my full recommendation of this hose holder. It is, as mentioned previously, visually attractive, sturdy, and seems weather resistant given the ample coating. Again, I believe that anyone who purchases this hose holder will be glad they did. Highly recommended!

This garden hose holder has a clean, simple design and does a solid job keeping your hose neatly stored, but the paint finish leaves something to be desired. While it looks sharp out of the box, the coating feels thin and may not stand up well to weather over time—especially in wetter climates. If you don’t mind touching it up with some rust-resistant spray paint down the line, it could still be a decent option. Just don’t expect long-term durability unless you’re willing to give it a little extra protection.

Despite being bolted together rather than welded, this seems as sturdy as another I have. It is also taller. The instructions are scanty and vague, but assembly was pretty intuitive after some initial head scratching. Our soil is somewhat rocky but it was easy to find a place to step it in and it held nicely. The protective coating appears to be thick and should prevent rust for several years.

Easy to assemble hose holder. Made from sturdy materials and quality hardware. There’s a nice feature included in this hose holder, a small basket to store accessories like sprayer nozzles, garden gloves. The stakes that go into the ground hold firmly and there’s a nice bar to press with your foot to make sure it goes all the way into the ground
