J'ai commandé cette allume cigare 12v femelle pour mettre en branchement directement sur la batterie pour avoir une alimentation en continu et fiable pour brancher une glissière électrique et autre appareil. These devices often come in a range of quality. At the bottom end they are flimsy, have poor connections, thin wiring and are generally insubstantial.This one is top quality: the wiring is a thick gauge; the loop connectors are attached very securely; the socket itself is strongly made with decent metal connections inside; and, it comes with a built-in fuse holder a 20 amp fuse with spare fuses. It has a marine grade socket with a large screwed ring to allow it to be permanently fixed to any flat surface once a suitable hole had been drilled. Is has a press down cover to keep out water and damp when not in use.It comes with a good length of wire. You can choose which length suits you best between .35 metres and 3 metres. The beauty of it is that it is a complete unit as it stands and is suitable for immediate installation in cars, caravans or boats without any further soldering. I will be installing it on a motorcycle.

Here we have a pretty standard 12V socket for automotive use, Quality is fine, the cable is decent quality, of a reasonable gauge. There’s an inline fuse and plenty of fuses are supplied.All in all, this is a really hand kit to make the job of installing an extra socket super easy. Hole size for these things is generally regarded as 30mm, but I cut them at 25mm, then bore them out until they’re tight, usually around 28mm.

Die Nachrüstbüchse kommt gut verpackt daher und macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Praktischerweise wurden direkt auch mehrere Sicherungen beigelegt, falls die eingefügte zu schwach sein soll. Habe die Büchse in meine DIY Powerstation eingebaut und läuft super. Kabel ist ordentlich dick und wird ohne Probleme auch 24V unterstützen
