Numerous low-star ratings are most likely accurate for this product. In my case the internal relay contacts were screwed up. One side was able to open/close correctly while the other side was stuck open and simultaneously there was a dead short between no and nc terminals which should be impossible.Epic fail. Do your self a favor and buy something from an industry recognized manufacturer.

The 12V DC voltage regulator is very accurate after I did a power supply comparison. I just wish the current rating could be higher than 10A.

Just received and done some preliminary tests - so far looks like it will do what we need (monitoring Battery Bank on Solar System / shut down inverters if Over / Under Voltage on Batteries). Time will tell once installed - giving 5 stars based upon initial testing - will update if things change.

Printing is greyish and hollow inside the letters, manual is not very clear but overall it's working good.
