I got these (plus the dome diffusers that attach to this) because the diffusers that came with my MF12 kept falling off in the woods and I'd have to tromping around looking for them. Unfortunately I permanently lost one of them and found it difficult to find a direct replacement. Fortunately these seem to stay on more securely than the original diffuser and produce nice, round catchlights when used with the dome diffusers.

I don't have any MF-12 flashes, which is what this adapter is made for. But I have four TT350 flashes that I use with this accessory. It permits me to use the AK-R1 Accessory Kit for Round Head on my TT350 flashes, with a minor modification. Works great!
