I was looking for a backpack for my surfskate. Unfortunately the single carrying strap puts all the weight on 1 shoulder, which makes it super inconvenient to use. After a short time of carrying you feel back pain because there are no 2 straps to put the weight on both sides. The carrying strap does also cut in your neck. There is no way to carry a surfskate board during a bike ride or longer walks. So disappointing.

I love this backpack enormously. Fits my longboards and short boards. Is really comfortable and easy. My only complaint is the mouth of the backpack doesn't open much and make sure you buy a organizer insert with this on the inside as its completely bare. Other than that wonderful

I got the GoRide Sling Backpack for my husband after reading all of the positive reviews about their Commuter backpack. I really liked the look of the single strap design so I decided to get this for him. It worked out perfectly, the backpack was able to hold his Team Gee longboard. It has an optional clip so you can decide which side you want to clip the strap to. My husband also uses it to double up as a gym bag and holds his basketball with the helmet mesh clip. My husband loves the backpack so far!

I got the original Commuter Backpack and really love it. I needed something a little smaller to carry my smaller boards and this single strap backpack worked out great. The quality is good just like the original and I like that it has the mesh clip to carry my helmet outside of my backpack.
