The 4 honeycomb motorized shades came in exactly they way I ordered. They look great! I think, due to installer (aka husband) error, we could not get set up. One call in to the support line and within 30 minutes all 4 were set up and working perfectly. Thank you Zoe

Overall, if you’re looking for remote controlled blinds or shades, these work very well with the included remote. This operates off older radio frequency type set up found in ceiling fan remotes for example, these are not Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled. Making these “smart“ requires you to purchase a hub. NOT the Graywind hub -will not work with these. A fact that it’s not obvious. I had to buy and return it I bought the BroadLink hub as recommended by support and the blunt bottom line is that it works with one or two blinds but I had bought eight and it “forgets“ the older blinds as you add on new ones. The set up is painful , manual and labor intensive. The BroadLink app interface is clunky. So-called Alexa compatibility is finicky when it does work. After several attempts with email support from the company I gave up and essentially use these with the RF remote which incidentally comes preprogrammed if you order it at the same time as the shades. Otherwise these are good value for money but they should stop claiming compatibility with Alexa and other smart home Devices because it is frankly misleading and overstated. Confusingly some of their products do have Bluetooth support but these don’t. Had I known this before custom ordering these blinds I would’ve gone with another manufacturer with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth enabled devices. Unhappy because the main reason I went with these blinds was for Alexa compatibility and programmable times for opening and closing. Rating them 3 stars because they are functional remote controlled blinds but definitely NOT SMART.

They look and work great. Measurements were perfect. Installation was simple. Delivery was quicker than expected. And it was probably the best packaging I’ve ever seen.
