Warum fühlt sich der Dampf nicht heiß an?
- Die Temperatur des Dampfes ist direkt proportional zu seinem Druck – je höher der Dampfdruck, desto höher die Temperatur. Wenn Wasser zu Dampf wird, verliert dieser beim Austritt aus der Düse schnell an Druck, wodurch seine Temperatur rasch sinkt.
- Dies ähnelt dem Kochen von Wasser: Der Dampf ist an der Quelle am heißesten, kühlt jedoch schnell ab, sobald er sich etwas entfernt.
- Verwenden Sie während des Reinigungsprozesses die „SEHR HEISSEN“ Zonen für Reinigungsaufgaben.

Die Lieferung war schnell und das Gerät sicher verpackt. Nachdem ich die Anleitung gelesen und das Gerät eingeschaltet habe wollte ich es testen.Wie angekündigt war das Gerät schnell betriebsbereit. Nach ca. 3 bis 5 Minuten in denen das Gerät gut funktioniert hat hörte ich dann ein seltsames Geräusch und plötzlich kam der heisse Dampf aus dem Handstück selber. Dort wo sich die blauen Knöpfe befinden kam überall heißer Dampf heraus und verbrannte mich.Ich ließ das Gerät abkühlen und wollte es noch einmal testen, aber wieder kam sofort Dampf aus dem Handstück und es wurde sehr schnell, sehr heiss.Ich habe dann Kontakt zum Amazon-Support aufgenommen, dort konnte man mir aber nicht direkt helfen. Ich erhielt eine E-Mailadresse an die ich mich wenden sollte. Das tat ich vor zwei Tagen.Bisher kam keine Antwort. Ich werde das Gerät jetzt zurück senden.Ich wundere mich jetzt ehrlich gesagt auch über den hohen Preis, denn der Griff sieht sehr billig aus und ich bin wirklich nicht überrascht, dass er beim ersten Einsatz kaputt ging.

Optisch macht das Gerät nicht viel her, aber das ist auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Besonders beeindruckend ist das umfangreiche Zubehör, das bei anderen Herstellern oft nicht inbegriffen ist. Hier ist alles dabei, um Böden und Oberflächen gründlich zu reinigen. Man kann direkt loslegen.Dies ist mein dritter Dampfreiniger, und im Vergleich zu meinem vorherigen Modell einer bekannten Marke mit K ist dieses Gerät eine echte Offenbarung. Es heizt in unter 50 Sekunden auf und ermöglicht sogar das Nachfüllen während des Betriebs. Somit ist kein Ausschalten, Warten und erneutes Aufheizen nötig. Das spart Zeit und macht die Reinigung deutlich effizienter.Auch die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind top: Man kann zwischen trockenem (wenig Wasser) und feuchtem Dampf (mehr Wasser) wählen. Das lange Kabel reichte bei mir für gute Bewegungsfreiheit in Räumen bis zu 25 m². Besonders praktisch ist der mitgelieferte Fensterabzieher für große Glasflächen und die kleinen Bürsten für Fugen oder Armaturen. Die Reinigungsleistung ist beeindruckend. Selbst hartnäckiger Schmutz wird zuverlässig entfernt.Ein großer Pluspunkt ist zudem die hygienische Reinigung ohne Chemikalien. Bakterien und Keime werden durch den heißen Dampf abgetötet, und man spart sich teure Reinigungsmittel. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und werde das Gerät häufig nutzen!

I have tried other steam cleaners and didn't get on with them but I absolutely love this one! The build quality is great, everything goes together very well and it has everything needed to clean in a wide range of situations.I have used it to clean the walls and ceiling in the bathroom... My eldest has really long showers causing damp and dirt to collect over time, but it came off like magic with this and I didn't even need steps as it has the long pipes. I've cleaned all the door frames, doors, skirting etc and it's so quick and easy. I use it for everything now, mopping the kitchen, cleaning the cupboard fronts and baseboards, cooker top, toilets etc, it's so versatile! I have added a couple of elastic bands to the array of attachments and it's even more useful, I wrap a cloth around the triangle tool and secure with the elastic band and clean everything, the cloth can easily be swapped when dirty.There's no need to cool it down or worry about scalding water as it has a separate tank for stored water and boiling. You can just tip water in with it running and there's even a built-in funnel.It simply trundles around behind me with a long pipe for the attachments so that's no heavy unit to lift up while using.It's not magic and there are things I'd like it to be able to do that it can't, such as remove baked on grease from difficult surfaces, I don't think it's worth using for this, but what it does it does with much less effort and without cleaning products. I started to notice my house smelling fresher with regular use (I do have two dogs) so it must also remove unseen dirt.It saves me so much time and effort, i highly recommend it.

My old steamer, an upright, died and so I researched a new one. I decided on this one because I liked the idea of the additional attachments. I am really impressed with it, having done lino and tiles with it. I haven't used any of the attachments yet, just done floors. I like that there is a button for dry steaming versus wet steaming.I had some difficulty at first and wrote to technical support. I was flabbergasted to hear back within a few hours with lots of hints about what I might be doing wrong. I was very impressed with the speed and friendliness and usefulness of the reply. It solved my problem.The square base on wheels is really convenient and comes along with you with no trouble. It has a long cable to plug-in, looks to be about 9 or 10 feet I think, and the hose for steaming is also a good length as well. Everything fits together very nicely with a snap, and is easily dismantled as well. Filling is easy because there is a very large hole at the top with a suction cap so you don't need to worry about water leaking or sloshing out. The extension rods for the floor mop are long enough that you are not bent over when you are doing floors. They provide three flooring pads which is good because I have a big space to mop. The pads wash very easily nd well in the washing machine.Overall I'm extremely pleased with this unit and can't wait for better weather so I can try it on windows outside. My dealings with technical support convinced me that if I do run into any difficulties, they will be dealt with. Highly recommended.

I have another steamer but this one is by far the better one. The fact that you can add water without having to wait for the machine to cool is Fanfreakintastic. Super heated in under a minute. So light weight. I have 2 cats that throw up a lot and my hard wood floors are cleaned and disinfected in no time. 5 stars all around. I cannot recommend this gem enough. Also cleans grout and windows. It will clean almost anything

Expensive but effective. It helped removed some stains on my stairs that I was unable to remove with a sponge.
