Got this set for our new kittens. Sturdy wood base. Dishes are perfect with anti skid on the bottom. The kittens do not kick them over .

Nice heavy weight food plates. The rubber grip on the bottom is really nice and holds the dish in place.

These plates are great. They are extremely durable. I love how the under cited part of the play is texturized for a good grip, and it also has a soft rubber rim for where the plate is placed so, the plate is gripped in place and doesn’t slide around and also there’s no risk of scratching your floor.They are pretty good size circumference wise so you could even feed two kittens with one of these plates or one adult cat per plate.The style of these plates are also super cute. I love the kitty paw print in the center of the plate and I love the color schemes.

The lip on these ceramic cat dishes isn’t high enough and doesn’t prevent the food from getting licked off the edge of the plate when my cats are eating. I didn’t realize the paw print was a raised 3-D one, (in the middle of the dish), and the kitties haven’t had an issue with it yet, but the dishes themselves have a wavelike flaw in them that you can see when you look at them from an angle. I do like the rubber bottom so that is nice but because of the lip I don’t like them and only use them when their other dishes are in the dishwasher. Yeah, they are dishes and yeah they kinda work but for $20 I expect better quality.

These are larger than the bowls I've been using for my cat, and they have a gentler slope that allows him to eat ALL the food without me having to push it towards the center of the bowl after he's eaten the majority of it. I love that they are a simple design in brilliant white, and made of ceramic instead of plastic. They clean easily and I've run them through the dishwasher several times without any dings or dents. I use them for both kibble and wet food. I highly recommend them!
