I liked that I only needed to replace the igniter to get the Kawasaki FC540V engine running on my John Deere 180 36 inch deck lawn tractor. I did not need to replace the coil.I don't like that the coils come with no spark plug boot and connector on the end. I understand the principle of saving money and making it "universal", but I really don't want to rip the spark plug boot off of my old coil and re-use it for the new coil.
