Die Kamera funktioniert im Dunkeln, man erkennt deutlich mehr als mit blossem Auge. Von da her ist sie zur Beobachtung Nachts geeignet, jedoch nur für den Fernbereich! Die Produktbeschreibung schwärmt zwar von den Zoomfunktionen, unterschlägt aber, dass dieses Gerät keinerlei Möglichkeit bietet, um Nahbereich eingesetzt zu werden, es steht im Prinzip immer auf Zoom und hat kein Weitwinkel.Wer also meint, man könne damit nachts rumlaufen und sich und die nahe Umgebung im Blick haben, der sei gewarnt. Aus diesem Grund ist das Gerät nur in begrenztem Umfang von Nutzen, in meinem Fall war es aus diesem Grund unbrauchbar.

Okay, out of the gate let me start but saying they do work. Night vision is on par with others in this style. So, my issue? Seller markets them as being added to your helmet. Can it? Sure. But not to be used as nods like they market. As with too many of these, they are locked into an aggressive optical zoom that would make helmet mounting dangerous. Please stop marketing items like this as helmet mounts.

Das Gerät tut was es soll und das sehr gut. Die nachtsicht ist sehr gut das Display ist klar und gut erkennbar. Gut ist das ein Adapter für ein taktischen Helm mit geliefert wird. Das Gerät ist leicht und fällt so fast gar nicht auf wenn man dieses trägt. Das einzigste Problem ist nur das das Gerät von Haus aus einen Zoom hat und somit etwas blöd wenn man etwas was näher ist erkennen möchte. Man kann die Schärfe einstellen um zu erkennen was weiter weg ist was nicht schlecht nur eben der Zoom der vorab verbaut ist, ist etwas unvorteilhaft. Die Schärfe einzustellen is simpel und effektiv. Im allen ist das Gerät gut nur für Helm Nutzung nicht sehr gut

This review is for the Hojocojo night vision goggles.What you get for $125 is a hard nylon case with a handle and zippers (that actually work), a lens cloth, two user manuals, a mount, a fully adjustable head strap / mount with hook and loop fasteners (that actually work), a USB / type C cable, a USB / Type-C / Lightning / SD / Micro SD card reader and writer, a 30 GB Micro SD card, a neck strap (cushioned and elastic) and the night vision goggles themselves.The goggles are not heavy. The rubber eyepiece is somewhat rigid and does not easily conform to the face. The shape of the eyepiece leaves a large gap at the side of the goggles - good for peripheral vision but not so good for staying hidden. With two separate mounts on the top and bottom of the unit, it can be mounted on a tripod or it can be mounted to a helmet / head strap. It has six rubber coated operating buttons, some with multiple functions. The buttons give strong tactile and audible feedback when depressed. The Type-C charge port and the Micro SD slot are covered by a rubber ‘door’ that conforms very well into the body of the goggles.The battery is the built-in rechargeable type. The manual does specify charging before use (use a 5V / 2A charger or USB port). The manual says a fully depleted battery takes four hours to fully recharge. After unboxing, it was fully charged in twenty minutes.Operating the unit is a little less than intuitive, but not impossible to learn in a relatively short time span. The menu is self explanatory for the most part although there are just a few functions I don’t completely understand just yet. The user manual drops the ball here, in my opinion. It guides you through the basic functions and even though it is obvious it was written by non-native English speaker, it is understandable. The power on/off, zoom, and IR brightness controls are the important part and they are easily mastered with just the three left hand buttons.The field of view is narrow for anything close up. These are obviously made for intermediate to long distance. You’ll not be using these to see where you are stepping or to see anything you might be doing with your hands. Field of view at 100’ is about 25’ or less. Anything much closer and the IR beam washes out the target, even on the lowest IR and screen light settings. The IR projects several hundred feet giving the ability to see detail in dark shadows. Beyond the range of the IR beam, it still picks up detail that cannot be seen otherwise (see pics for distance comparison).The instructions say that the display screen can be adjusted by rotating the diopter. This is not the case. I need about 3x readers to bring objects about a foot from my face into focus and I have to use these to clearly see the menu or the display screen. I was unable to test the helmet mount. With the head strap, it stays in the upright position well enough and it swings down in a usable position. It does put some pressure on the forehead which quickly becomes uncomfortable. A higher quality of padding might help with that. I’ll still be able to use these, but only if I'm able to switch to 3x readers every time I need it. Overall, while some of the features are quite good, others don’t meet expectations.Oh and one other nitpick: The boot-up screen you get when turning it on, it is partially white so it is sure to blind you of your natural night vision.

Arbeits-leistung +Bediehnung + Monitor ist gut zu Händeln. Ein Abzug meines Sterns bezieht sich auf: keine Deutsche Anleitung. Im zusammengebauten zustand ist die Tasche zu klein und nicht zu schließen. Bitte mit größerer Tasch ausliefern , da bei Schnelleinsatz erst ein umständliches zusammenbau.

Was soll ich sagen. Ich habs ausgepackt,geladen und eingeschaltet.Und wie ihr in den Bildern sehr ist was mit meinem Gerät nicht in Ordnung.Also zurückschicken. Schade....
