Die Maschien wurde mit einer Spedition geliefert die den Liefertermin telefonisch angkündigt.Die Kreissäge ist schnell aufgebaut. Nach dem alles eingestellt ist kann man sehr genau mit der Säge Arbeiten.Die Säge ist die richtige Entscheidung für mich gewessen.

Die günstigste Variante einer Formatkreissäge.Tischkreissägen gibt es viele. Was am ehesten nervt, ist ein wackelige Anschlag, oder die brüllende Lautstärke. Wer auf der Suche nach einer guten Heimwerker Säge ist, wird wohl irgendwo bei der BOSCH Gts 10 landen. Sie kostet um die 700€ und bietet ausreichend Funktionen. Sie ist nach dem Bosch blau Prinzip auch bei den Profis zu finden.Doch wer kein Profi, sondern primär Heimwerker ist, der sollte sich die Frage stellen, ob man nicht etwas mehr für sein Geld bekokmmen könnte.Ja, kann man!Ich bin gelernter Tischler, arbeite aber nicht mehr in diesem Beruf. Mein Anspruch ist von daher der, eines gehobenen Heimwerkers. Es muss bei mir nicht immer Festool oder Makita sein. Gute Baumarktgeräte nutze ich ebenso. Und -die Holzmann TS 250 bietet genau das, was man als Heimwerker benötigt:- unkompliziert im Aufbau- sehr leise (eines der schönsten Eigenschaften)- Schiebeschlitten- Großes Sägeblatt- 400V / 16A Anschluss- Leistungsstarker Motor- Untergestell- Graugusstisch- Tischplattenverbreiterung- Sägegenauigkeit justierbar- hohe Präzision (alles einstellbar)Wo es Licht gibt, gibt es auch Schatten!Leider ist die Absaugung nicht optimal. Auch lässt sich der Parallelanschlag nicht zurückziehen, sondern "nur" links und rechts verschieben. Die Aufbauanleitung ist leider eher etwas für das Altpapier, aber wer ein bisschen geschickt ist, wird vor keine unlösbaren Probleme gestellt. Außerdem kann das Internet eine Hilfe sein.Dies sind, gemessen am Preis und den übrigen Funktionen, keine großen Defizite.Die Säge ist wirklich klasse!Ich habe super gerade Schnitte und es macht wieder richtig Freude rumzuwerkeln.

Hab die Säge jetzt 3 tage und sie läuft nicht mehr.Sicherung fliegt ständige durch andere Maschinen laufen ohne probleme obwohl gleiche leistung jetzt muss ich schon nach 3 Tagen reklamieren das ist ärgerlich

alles Ok nur die Absaugung lässt zu wünschen übrig, unter der Maschine ist nach einer Woche Hobby schreinern gefühlt 1/2 m³ Sägespäne

I've been using this saw for over a year now and at a price point of less than 1000 Euros, you get a lot for your money. It is a far-east import, though, and some corners have been cut, but none that are critical and/or can't be fixed. I use the machine for furniture-making (up to a certain size), from ripping raw stock to joinery.The table is made of cast iron around in the center and dead flat, which is crucial. The slots are parallel and precise, so that building fixtures such as a sled or a (better than the included) miter tool is easy.The fence is a little flimsy and moves somewhat under pressure, but a precision of up to 0.5mm can easily be achieved. There is no micro-adjust or other fancy features, and the fence cannot be moved forward or back (that is, in the direction of the saw blade) to prevent kickback of pieces stuck between fence and blade. It can be adjusted to be exactly parallel with the blade, but the angle in the z-direction is a bit off 90 degrees in my saw. This hasn't bothered me much since pressing stock against the fence instead of the table isn't a good idea anyways.The insert plate has way too much clearance to allow for narrow cuts (they will fall into the table saw slot and possibly shoot out again on the other side at high speed, a real hazard). This is due to the tilting mechanism of the blade. I made a zero-clearance insert from wood that fixed this problem. This is especially easy since the insert plate is rectangular. It is only about 3-4 mm thick, though, so a good solution is either some very hard wood, aluminum, or some plastic. The hole in the cast-iron table has sharp and ragged edges when you take out the insert. You can hurt yourself on it also when changing the blade. Best to file it smooth.The tilting mechanism for the blade is from 45 to 90 degrees and is rock-solid; there is no particular stop for the 90 degree position so I recommend buying one of those 20-euro angle gauges to bring the blade back to 90 degrees quickly. The raising mechanism is also solid and smooth.The cross-cut sled is also made of cast iron and can be adjusted very precisely. In my saw, I had to set the 90-degree adjust all the way to one end and still was off by a tiny bit (may a tenth of a degree) but this could possibly be fixed by moving the rails. The fence on the sled is just like the main fence, made of aluminum and not particularly beefy. Moving it to an angle other than 90 degrees is a little bit finicky. The stop on the sled fence (for repeatability in cross-cuts) is very flimsy and not even close to 90 degrees to the fence, so I don't use it all that often. The hold-down clamp that can be mounted to the sliding table fence gets invariably in the way of that stop. This sounds a bit negative, but the basic construction of the sliding table is good, and the rest can be improved on with your own fixtures.Dust extraction is probably the worst aspect of this saw. From beneath, the cage in which the blade rotates is so big and open that the suction of even a large extractor is not sufficient to remove all the dust from the blade. The table saw also has a blade guard with dust extraction from above, but the tube to it will invariably bend right around the Y-piece at the dust extraction port, restricting air flow; a design flaw. Forget extracting this saw with a shop vacuum, I tried, it leaves most of the dust and debris in the saw cage and a lot of it will eventually accumulate under the saw. But it's not meant to be extracted with a shop vacuum, as the 100mm port indicates. If you care at all about dust extraction for this saw, you'll have to spend probably at least half of its cost on top of it on dust extraction.The blade guard (made of cheap plastic) is nothing to call home about, and I find myself removing it a lot. It can also get in the way of ripping narrow pieces and, of course, groove cuts. Speaking of which: the arbor will not allow anything bigger than a standard width blade, so no dado stacks even if you could find one with a 30mm arbor. That's not a big deal since dadoes aren't in wide use in Europe due to safety regulations anyways.The motor hasn't disappointed me, it is strong and rips even really hard wood at maximum cut depth without any problem. This is the 400V three-phase version. The table saw comes without a plug, only a cable with four wires in it: ground and the three phases (no neutral! This confused me in the beginning). Wire it in any way (with ground to ground) and see if the blade rotates in the right direction; if not, interchange any two phases.Would I buy this saw again? If my budget is 1000 euros or even a bit more, absolutely. Getting a more precise and more finished saw will immediately land you in an entirely different price category. The only alternative would be a good, used machine. If you're willing to tinker around with it and build some custom fixtures for it, you can upgrade it cheaply from a decent table saw to a quite good one.
