I was worried about sizing when reading reviews. I'm normally an 18/20, 1X/2X in tops, larger arms, and not too top heavey (D cup). I went with the 4x and it fits loose but not too loose. Its comfortable. Probably coul d have went down to a 3x. Ignore the size chart pictured! I'm no where near their numbers and it still fits with room to spare.

I LOVE this sauna suit! It fits nice, looks nice on and wow this thing works! The quality is great. Very pretty color, great price. It rinses well too. I wore it for 40 minutes and saw great results. It does what it’s supposed to doHighly recommend!

I have to say I was close to returning it because it was a bit small on me. I have to say it does run very small in my opinion. Other then that its an amazing product. I used it for the first time today and wow!!! I was dripping in sweat all over. I love it and the size just gives me motivation on getting it to fit looser. There is always a positive to the down side.

do not be guided by the measurements on this chart. I was guided by the measurements guided by their chart. i am 170lbs. I ordered 4 XL. it was so big that 2 people could have entered the suit at the same time. I chose to send it back by collection by Royal. they collected it the next day. what is annoying is that I have not received any email from Royal or amazon for confirmation or with any update about the returned package. I got in touch with "customer services", I explained the problem to them and asked about the process of the returned package. they passed me from one to the other 3 times. they told me that the package is on the way and they can't do anything. after the parcel reaches them, only then will they return my money in 5-7 days or more. to buy after amazon started to be a headache. I would rather take my time to go to a store than mess with amazon. I needed this suit and wanted to buy the smaller size. the seller should rectify that chart which is totally wrong! if you want to waste some time and feel like getting angry, I recommend you buy it!
