Maybe I just go the one bad one, but this jack quit working 1st time out. I returned for a refund. It jacked up ok but wouldn't lower back down.

Well made overall. Comes in a nice plywood box ( with no instructions ). Might have fallen out thru the handle holes in the box. Operation is simple. Set it in a flat position. Use the handle to pump the lift. Then take the handle out when finished and use the slotted end to turn the relief valve at the base left. ( needs to be closed ( turned right) before lifting).

If you are moving machines, this little jack can lift and edge or a corner so you can put in a roller or block. I found it very useful. Simple to operate, looks to be well made. Well packed, shipped quickly.
