This was fairly easy to put together and set up. It has extra straps to secure it better to your bed. It fits my queen bed perfectly. It also has a diaper/wipes caddy that hangs on the side of it. The best part, is that you can lower the rail for easy access on and off the bed. It locks into place when you pull it up, and when you press the buttons in, it lowers. You can also see through the mesh. It’s definitely a safe way to keep your toddler on the bed from falling, or from climbing on the bed. You can also attach another gate to the sides of it. So if your bed is headboard towards the wall with space around it, you’ll probably need 3 of them. If one side and the headboard are both on a wall, you would only need to attach one for the baseboard and the side not on the wall.

I like that this one came with a nice pouch for storage of things I need near the bed without having to lower the bar. I have it connected to another one so it’s more sturdy than it is when you use it alone. It’s simple to push the buttons on the side to lift up or lower it. I think it keeps our little one safe.

I can emphasize enough how much of a life saver this item is. I only bought one, I will be purchasing another one for the other corner.

Schlafe das ganze Wochenende mit meinem Baby auf einer Matraze am Boden, weil unser Babybett kaputt war und der Verkäufer versprochen hatte, dass die 1-Tages-Lieferung funktionieren würde.Es ist jetzt mehr als 1 Woche her, jeden Tag heißt es "heute kommt es ganz sicher".Da ruft man beim Transportdienst an und erfährt das Paket wurde noch garnicht abgegeben!!

By design, convenient and effectively wall what can be lowered only By adults or someone with longer arms than toddlers. A bit shaky if bed has Thin board under the mattress and can very easily fall if not assembled accurately or moves a bit while using. Material is good for the purpose.

Any bed rail guard is an important tool for any parents to use, first time or veteran. The iKare bed rail guard works as well as any good rail guard and is made well. It's really easy to assemble and is organized well. The only thing that I would watch out for is to make sure that you are getting more than one rail if you need it. This is essential for safety.
