Purchased two of these just to be utterly disappointed. Brackets are NOT included in your purchase although brackets are mentioned in the title, the description, the video and 4 out of the 6 images. When I reached out to ask about the missing brackets, this is what I was told"We regret that these masts do not come with brackets. The brackets were forgotten during packing. However, for some reasons we are unable to correct the text descriptions and images related to the products, so we chose to dispose of them cheaply. You cannot accept a mast set with brackets, ask for a refund and do not continue to buy it."

Amazing flag pole that hardly ever gets tangled. Only knock is it doesn't come with the flash holder, but I didn't need that anyway. The pole itself is definitely still worth the money.

Una bandera con mástil y anclajes 360º que funciona bien. No viene el soporte, al menos la opción que escogí. Habría estado bien que hubiese la opción de mástil+bandera+soporte, de ahí las 4 ⭐️
