I was going to return it because it was too small for large wooden wheels but instead I cut the wheel down and now they fit. I used this to help roll up 300’ of water pump discharge hose and it worked perfectly. I’m not returning it, it’s perfect for what I needed it for.

This item does what it is supposed to do and doesn't need any explanation. My only issue is the safety lock pin to hold the reel rods in place. A simple locking pin with the push button release would suffice. The fancy lock pins supplied with this unit can pinch fingers if extra care isn't taken loading and unloading reels. I will replace them as soon as I remember to do so. It's one of those issues where you only think about it when you need to use this holder.

Metal is a little heavier duty than i expected, very pleased with the build quality

I use this stand to hold spools of rope and it works great. It is very sturdy and doesn’t take up a lot of space in my craft room. It is easy to remove the pins so I can change out spools of rope. Out of the box assembly was easy to install bars and pins to the frame.
