This is a nice quality dip belt, well made with secure buckles. It is padded enough for comfort. The sizing seemed a little small (waist size 32, medium was at the last buckle). Maybe more crunches will help. I wish I had ordered a large for more comfort, but this medium will work.

Look, you're never going to get as tight of fit with a standard buckle when compared to Velcro, but this is definitely more secure. The side loops seem to hold up well, and I've loaded a 45-pound plate without any signs of things tearing.

Great thick strong and durable support weight belt with a cushion support around the inner back. The closure is very strong with two prong buckle closure. My son has been using it recently and prefers it over the expensive one he had been using as he feels it fits a lot better for him. First time using it someone asked him where he got it. Plus the hooks and strap functionality makes adding weights very easy. Looks great and very professional design.

I've been using a Velcro style belt for a while, but it isn't comfortable and doesn't have padding. This belt solves both of those issues with plenty of padding and is comfortable enough to wear between sets. Very high quality piece for the price.

Gleeful Goblin Review: As someone in the beginning of my weightlifting journey I couldn't have found a better quality belt for the value and price. It looks great, fits well, is comfy, and from what I can tell will give me the exact kind of functionality that I'm looking for while protecting my back from injury.
