I have wanted a good coffee grinder. This is the best high quality entry level grinder I could find. The build quality is good, the results excellent. I think to move up to the next level requires a large price increase. I highly recommend due to excellent price/quality value.

Want a Commandante but don't want to spend €300+? Then this is it. Internals are all metal and really solid at that, outer is plastic with a rubber grip you can mount. Grinds perfectly well for aeropress. Always follows with me to work in the backpack.Superb ergonomics, grinds fast, 20g is perfect for aeropress or 2-cup french press. Lots of steps, but you get kind of decieved in that it only has "10" different markings, you can in fact turn it many full laps before locking out the min-max. Good for tuning your recipe.Downside can be a bit of static buildup. Outer shell is plastic, but seems very sturdy for the price. Haven't drop tested it, but not keen on doing it either. Although to be fair, if you dropped a Commandante then the glass collector would shatter too.

I watched a lot of videos for a affordable manual coffee grinder for my trips and decided on the P series. I haven't tried grinding for espresso but i think it's capable of. For now i tried for a aero press and for moka pot and the results are perfect. With just a little adjustments i managed to make a great coffee. I recommend it a lot

Die Handmühle war ein Geschenk und ist sehr gut angekommen.Das Feedback war, dass sie sehr gut und vor allem, gleichmäßig mahlt.Ein mit viel Liebe zubereiteter Filter-Kaffee (100% Arabica, Medium Roast) für mich ließ mich umso mehr an das Feedback glauben ;-)LG

After almost two months of using this grinder for pour over at home i can say I went through different stages. At first I was really impressed by the consistency I found in my coffee grounds and thus very good results, then I noticed after a few weeks that I was getting more and more fine particles and that really started affecting the Taste and complexity.That’s a pity, but if I consider the price and use I give to the grinder, I can feel is a good buy because is in the range or maybe more than you would expect from a product that costs less than 50€

Finding a steel burr at this price is a miracle, but I have some serious issues.The grinder is small and the grinder arm is short, so it’s difficult to crank the grinder if you are not strong. This gets worse the lighter the roast and the finer the grind. To grind a light roast for Turkish coffee is a real grip workout for trained people, and ordinary people will just not be able to do that.Also, the grinder capacity is way too small at 20g. The housing is plastic, how much does it really cost in material to make it a little bit bigger? It should be at least 30g to allow a V60 experience for two people.My recommendations for future iterations of this product:- Increase the width and height of the grinder to improve the grip and capacity- Increase the length of the arm to make grinding easier

Really good grinder. Only downside is that the container for the grinded coffee is not transparent.
