After an initial handwash the first knife showed rust stains. After a couple of uses the second knife also shows rust stains. Kitchenaid customer service is useless and does not help. Made me lose trust in this brand and I won’t purchase more of their products. Can’t recommend these.

There are two main knives: a santoku and a chef's knife. Obviously, a pair of scissors for the kitchen and a few steak knives. At first, I was disappointed there were so many steak knives, but I use them every single day to eat all of our food, including chicken breasts. It worked very well.
