I use these for making my soups. And boy do I like making soups. You can make any kind of soup you want in these. Chicken soup, broccoli soup, beef soup, minestrone soup, tomato soup, mushroom soup, cream of mushroom soup, clam chowder, carrot soup, split pea soup, lentil soup, red bean soup, roasted cauliflower soup, leak and onion soup, French onion soup, cheese soup, chive and endive soup, bone broth soup, ox tail soup. And the list goes on. You can even make stews! Chicken stew, steak and potato stew, potato and bacon stew, Irish stew, lamb stew, carrot and leek stew, pork stew, turkey stew, roasted veggie stew, goat stew, bison stew. And that list goes on and on. You can even make many other things like pot pies, deserts, small breads, and more. I highly recommend these.

ExcellentThe mini Casserole Pots have proved to be excellent. They are just the right size and the lids add the perfect touch. I am very pleased with this special purchase!

These are what we use for individual chicken pot pies. We make our own low carb chicken pot pies and we got tired of making a huge pot pie when there are only 2 of us. Now we make the pot pie filling in a large pan and transfer it to these. We put the biscuit dough on top and bake them in these. After they are done and we have dinner, we freeze the other 2 and after they freeze, we pup them out of the dishes and food saver seal them and put the pies back in the freezer. Then when we want to have another meal, we pull those out and put them back into these and into the oven. Easy second meal. They look great in our kitchen.

These mini casserole dishes are amazing! They look beautiful, (like little pots with lids) and are very sturdy. They are a nice size for individual servings (10 oz).I made baked macaroni and cheese using a Nuwave oven at 350• (photos included with this review). The lids were important, but removed towards the end of cooking to continue browning on top. I got 2 servings out of my dish, as did my daughter. My son in law ate every bit 😊. They turned out great!!Best part, cleanup was super easy.I recommend these 10oz pots and would purchase again.Be careful, the pots are very hot when they come out the oven. Use caution. Also, cool pots before immersing in water (can cause cracking if not cooled first).
