Mit dem Digitalthermometer mit Lacor Sonde können Sie die Temperatur überprüfen, bei der Sie kochen, ohne die Ofentür zu öffnen; die Basiseinheit ist mit einer digitalen Anzeige ausgestattet, die mit einer Edelstahlsonde verbunden ist; die Sonde wird im Lebensmittel platziert und über das Kabel wird das Gerät draußen gelassen, um die Temperatur abzulesen; verfügt über eine magnetische Basis zur Befestigung auf Metalloberflächen und ein klappbares Display. Die Messung erfolgt bei ° C und °F und die Funktion wird durch einen Knopf auf der Rückseite des Thermometers umgeschaltet; Eigenschaften: akustischer Alarm mit Temperaturbegrenzung; Zähler nach oben und unten, 12/24-Stunden-Format; 18 cm Sonde mit 64 cm langem Kabel; Kochfunktion für bis zu 15 verschiedene Lebensmittel und ermöglicht die Einstellung der Temperaturen.

Thermometer darf nicht im Ofen verwendet werden; Fühler muss nach jedem Messvorgang gereinigt werden, um Kreuzkontaminationen (Übertragungen von Verunreinigungen) zu vermeiden

Rien à dire bon rapport qualité prix, marche très bien. très claire, précis. Juste que je dois enlever les piles pour que celui-ci se ferme complètement, peut être que je n'ai pas compris comment encore le fermer.

Ho acquistato questo termometro da circa un mese e vorrei correggere alcuni commenti che ho letto.1- Le istruzioni: nel modello che mi è arrivato ci sono in varie lingue (italiano compreso) e sono veramente complete.2- Il valore delle temperature di allarme preimpostate: non è vero che non sono modificabili e confermo quello che scrive Luca il 4 febbraio 2015. Per configurare questi valori basta tenere premuto il pulsante ALERT SET fino a ché l'indicatore in alto a destra non lampeggia; poi si imposta le temperatura desiderata con i pulsanti su e giù e la si conferma premendo nuovamente il pulsante ALERT SET.Io lo giudico un ottimo acquisto e l'unico modello che lo supera è quello che, avendo due sensori sullo spillone, misura contemporaneamente la temperatura del cibo e quella del forno.

Pues parece que venden un termometro para horno con sonda para la comida y alarma, y eso es lo que uno se encuentra! vaya sorpresa, je , je. Te marca la temperatura, tiene temporizador o alarma de temperatura, y no es muy complejo de utilizar (como todas las cosas con botones). Tiene hasta unos pequeños imanes en la parte trasera que lo pueden fijar al horno.Lo probe con una pierna de cordero y la temperatura que decia una pagina de internet y... para chuparse los dedos, en su punto.Menudo invento!(PD. Creo importante aclarar que mi opinion es como usuario no profesional, claro, ...pero la pierna estaba de muerte!)

This seems a good combination of specifications and cost. On arrival I tested the probe on boiling water and it was absolutely spot-on. However - the cooking alarms cannot be set to particular degree settings - ones that we know from experience suit us. You have to accept Lacor's definition of rare/medium/well-done.Initially I was very pleased with the unit, once we got used to Lacor's definitions of done-ness. The probe which insert in the meat and leave in the oven (gently closing the oven door on the lead) looked professional, more so than the previous one we bought in the US. But - it wasn't. It started to give trouble at about 6 months but could be coaxed to work by twisting/straightening. Eventually it became too much trouble and unreliable.I suspect it should be possible to obtain spare probes - but there is NOTHING in the Lacor site (Spanish) to indicate availability. In fact today I have been unable to find the thermometer itself on the site. I emailed them using their "contact" page about 9 months ago. I have heard absolutely nothing.Perhaps these temperature probes are available for this and other types at specialist kitchen suppliers, or even on eBay - I'll go look again. But based on their total lack of interest in their customers I certainly wouldn't bother buying anything by Lacor again.
