The set arrived within a week from ordering, I'm really happy with it.Detailed review (scroll for shortened version);The carrying box may not be highest of quality, but looks nice. The snaps of the lid have so far been holding tight and it's overall durable enough for storing the set in, even on the move.Playing racks are a nice and flexible. I doubt they will see much use with me, but they are nice to have just in case. The dice that came with the set are simple and classic in style, nothing special, very small as well, but they serve their purpose perfectly fine.The tiles fully caught me by surprise!Somehow even after I checked with a ruler what size the tiles would approximately be, it was only after seeing them up close and personal that I fully realized just how tiny they really were (a standard AA -battery in picture for size reference). Which I don't mind at all for myself, I'm a fan of miniatures anyway, so I'm perfectly fine with this.The material of the tiles feels pleasant to touch, and the sound of the acrylic clacking when shuffling the wall is super satisfying. Engravings are clear and seem good quality to me, and the green backing gives the tiles a classy flare. And they stand up perfectly fine on their own when playing on a table, they're so stable in fact it would take a mean shaking for them to collapse! Really nice.Only way I could think to improve this, without boosting the production cost much, would be to include a small printed how-to-play -guide with the set, or at least a cheat sheet for the character tiles for those who are yet to learn the Chinese characters. Personally this is no problem though, I've played mahjong long enough to recognize them by now.Short review;Pros: Fast delivery. Box, racks and dice are ok quality and serve their purpose. Tiles are actually better quality than I expected, they feel and look very nice, engravings are clear, and they even stand on their own very sturdily. I love them for what they are.Cons: Could use a how-to-play -guide for new players. Due to small size, I would not recommend this set for children younger than 7 years, as it would be a potential choking hazard. The size would probably also prove to be a challenge for people with really poor eyesight, or weakened hand-dexterity.Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase, this is my first personal mahjong set and for me it was well worth the price, thank you! :)

Ich spiele gerne Mahjong, aber ein Set aus Asien mitzubringen ist zu schwer. Dieses Produkt ist klein und tragbar. Ich kann es zum Picknick oder zu einem Treffen mit Freunden mitnehmen. Der Preis ist ähnlich wie in Asien

Product came within delivery time. Is well packaged and exactly as it was described. Durable and good quality little sized mahjong good for moving around to other locations. It also comes with a case and 4 mahjong rulers which is quite helpful for playing. Good price for the product. Would recommend!

Bought this for travel as my full size set (made by the same company) weighs in at a massive 5kg! This set has smaller, lighter tiles, but still large enough for all but the most arthritic hands or short sighted eyes to deal with comfortably. Only slight drawback is no Arabic numerals (unlike the full size set) so you’ll need a guide for dealing with Winds, Dragons, Seasons and Flowers - until you become accustomed to the Chinese characters.

Ich habe das Mahjong-Spiel nun seit einigen Wochen gespielt und bin angenehm überrascht von seiner Qualität und Unterhaltung. Als langjähriger Fan von Mahjongspielen war ich gespannt darauf, zu sehen, wie diese Mahjong meine Erwartungen erfüllen würde. Hier sind meine Gedanken dazu:Einmal fällt die Grafik und das Design des Spiels sehr positiv auf. Die Kacheln sind sorgfältig gestaltet, und die verschiedenen Spielbretter bieten eine erfrischende Vielfalt. Die Steine sind klar und gut sichtbar, was das Spiel angenehm für die Augen macht. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Mahjong-Spiel jedem empfehlen, der nach einer entspannenden und unterhaltsamen Art sucht, seine Rätselspiel-Fähigkeiten zu testen.

Majiong ist ein sehr beliebtes Spiel in China. Dieser Travel set ist sehr praktisch. Meine Freunde sind super begeistert. Von der Qualität her bin ich auch ziemlich zufrieden. XD
