The veil had a lot of undone strings coming out like an incomplete job.So I returned on time, got the confirmation after the Hermes store scanned the item for refund, then THEY CHARGED AGAIN for the refund they issued claiming that they haven't received the item after a month. I did buy and used one of the veils I purchased from Amazon, and it doesn't make sense for me to keep this LOW QUALITY veil that is too narrow compared to the normal veils on market. It's something you'd have to see in person to check, so I chose Amazon with return policy, but they charged for full price by their lack of management for returns.
