Had to pay an extra $ 50.00 since it came from Italy (that was not anticipated) There was no real “paper” but a card (Free Assurance Certificate)requesting that I register it on line. It was larger than I anticipated, looks slightly out of place with my other 2 nativity pieces.

The Lladro package was apparently not new -- several dark, sticky spots and dented places. The Joseph figure also had several sticky places, but I was able to clean it. My main disappointment was the missing metal staff. I tried to contact the seller that was listed as Shop of Gifts (through Amazon) but received no response. I notice that Barrons Heslops is listed next to this review request. This is a new name to me! If this is a contact other than Shop of Gifts, I will correct my review of their company.
