Works as it should but the flip top gets bumped by my hat when using the spotting scope

The Allen wrench screw was missing and the sticky stuff on the back of the magnet was used and had a finger print on it. This item was supposed to be "new." You could tell this was one someone had obviously sent back. Not impressed. I will be returning this.

The video mode works pretty good once you figure out how to line it up, and from what I can tell they have no usage video on this. Pretty annoying.I can’t for the life of my figure out photo mode. It just never works. Either totally blown out from the light or not lined up. Pretty annoying.I got photo mode to work from their app, but their app is trash. So if you just want video, this product works fine.
