To be honest, I'm quite pleasantly surprised. My experience with budget headsets/earphones has been pretty terrible in the past. However, this model has surprisingly good audio quality, the microphone is decent, and it even has some handy features like a mic mute button (has a red status LED), volume buttons, and a USB-A to USB-C adapter. There even is some virtual 7.1 surround sound feature... it does have some effect on the audio, but I wouldn't call it surround sound... You may prefer the audio with that feature enabled, there is a button for it too.The product is listed as having a noise cancelling microphone, but I wouldn't say that's the case, hence the 4 stars.The headset is a bit above average in terms of comfort. The over-ear pads aren't particularly plush or big, and the band over your head is quite thin, but the headset is so lightweight that it remains comfortable even on longer sessions. There is also adjustment on the headband... My head is fairly big and these fit without problem. If I extend them all the way, they even sit way too low... That's more than I've seen on some very popular premium models.In general, the audio quality is (kind of) good enough to listen to music. The mids and highs are fairly good considering this is a budget set... there is absolutely no bass though, just forget about low frequency sounds. Tried with and without the "virtual 7.1 surround" feature, practically nothing in terms of bass. You don't need low frequency for voice calls though.Overall, great set for work.

Musik und Gespräche klingen natürlich und detailliert, was das Hörerlebnis angenehm macht. Perfekt für den täglichen Gebrauch.

Ich habe das MAIRDI Headset über das Amazon Vine Programm zum Testen angeboten bekommen und gerne bestellt, da mein schon in die Jahre gekommenes Sennheiser Headset seit neustem einen Wackelkontakt hat.Das kabelgebundene Headset ist sehr leicht und dadurch bequem auch auf Dauer zu tragen.Die Tonwiedergabe ist für Telefonieren, Skype-, Zoom-, Teams- und sonstige Konferenzen absolut ausreichend. Musik hören würde ich damit allerdings nicht unbedingt wollen.Das Micro ist gut abgeschirmt, so dass man auch im Großraumbüro telefonieren kann, ohne die Stimmen sämtlicher Kollegen mit zu übertragen.Gut finde ich auch, dass ein Adapter auf USB-C dabei ist, so dass man das Headset auch bei moderneren Laptops verwenden kann.

as a set of headphones, they are OK. as for the mic, i could yell and it would barely register.the difference between the input and output is 1000% different. PC sound had to be turned down to 12% to safely listen. mic output is pretty much nonexistent and without the ability to boost.

Ich habe nun auch dieses Headset und ich muss sagen, dass Mairdi wieder auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Sehr guter Klang und großartiges Hörerlebnis und sehr bequeme Ohraufsätze!!!!

This was a great headset for comfort and quality. The price is definitely a plus but you will not receive any noise cancellation for your background noise. If that’s what you’re looking for, definitely spend the money for EPOS Impact Series or something similar. You get what you pay for here and if you don’t have dogs barking or loud sounds around you, this is a great headset to work from home but if your at the office, your caller will hear everything around you.

I like how loud this headset gets and that it has this surround sound feature. I have had this headset for about two months and use it for work. The headset is durable and flexible as well. The only downside to this headset is that when I am at work, people have a hard time hearing me speak at times. I didn't have that issue with my previous headset, so I am assuming that it has something to do with this headset itself but I am not 100% sure.

So far I really like these headphones. The plush is comfortable on the ears, the headband doesn't hurt my head and the sound quality is great. The microphone also seems to work really well, havent gotten any complaints and i work from home so I use this every day. Would totally buy this again.
