With every Makita purchase in the past, I was stunned of their ingenuity and quality. This one is the exception of the rule: the 12V socket is in the back, the fabric feels cheap and looks already worn out, the waist is so wide, it won’t hold the little warmth, it only comprise two small heat patches on the upper back, which work well now in september, with a 12V Makita power supply. I cannot comment on battery operation in winter though.I will keep it at a reduced price because I am in the Makita ecosystem, but not for the regular price.

Da die Weste von Makita ist habe ich ein hochwertiges Produkt erwartet. Leider war der Karton schon so zerrissen und verstaubt. Ausserdem fehlte der kleine Adapter um einen Akku anschließen zu können. Somit war die Weste nicht zu gebrauchen. Es sollte ein Geschenk für meinen Mann sein. Totaler Flop.Das Ding ging zurück und das Geld wurde mir erstattet. KEINE Kaufempfehlung von mir.

Super Jacke. Hält einen richtig warm. Der 4Ah Akku hält sogar länger als 8 Stunden.

Took a chance on this heated vest as its an expensive vest/body warmer, its so thin I don't think there's any lining in it, I'm normally a large in most clothes but this large is more like extra large, also only has heat pads on the back(advert says front and back) should be worn close as poss to your body as over a few layers its not great, all in all id say your paying for a name and its worth £50-60 tops think the full Makita jacket would be a better option. ive returned item
