Da Unternehmen Matterport hat die Bewegungen im Netz bestätigt. Service schlecht bis nicht vorhanden, trotz teurem Abo. Kündigung war nur sehr mühsam möglich.

Das Produkt macht eine super Arbeit und auch der Koffer hat eine Klasse Qualität. Die Rücksendung erfolgte nur weil ein monatliches Abo erforderlich ist. Ich finde 70 Euro einfach zu teuer da das Produkt selbst ja schon sehr preisintensiv ist.

We are new to the world of the Virtual Tour but this piece of equipment is outstanding. Very simple to use, great imagery produced and its been solid ever since purchase. We just need to get more clients on board to be able to push it more. Thanks Matterport.

Das Produkt ist toll, um es aber nutzen zu können (3D Touren usw.) muss man ein Abonnement bei Matterport für mindestens 69,-€ im Monat abschließen. Daten liegen auch immer bei Matterport und der Kunde hat quasi keine Kontrolle über die Daten. Das diese Kosten nochmals dazu kommen wird leider beim schon teuren Erwerb der Kamera verschwiegen. Kann das Produkt leider nicht weiter empfehlen da das Abo-Modell wirklich eine Unverschämtheit ist.

Ho acquistato Matterport Pro2 Pacchetto Professionale con supporto per Treppiede, Morsetto e Custodia Rigida Portatile al più basso prezzo di mercato. La consegna è stata veloce e l'attrezzatura completa ed efficiente. Superfluo elencare le caratteristiche ed i pregi dello strumento, ampiamente descritti nel sito ufficiale. Considerate le applicazioni della Fotocamera che trova impiego prevalente in ambienti interni, trovo nel complesso poco pratica la custodia rigida, eche in realtà è un baule esagerato per dimensioni e molto pesante, E' stato necessario acquistare una custodia a parte per poter trasportare più agevolmente l'attrezzatura. Nelle foto allegate il confronto.
