Was a bit surprised at how light the whip was, but happily surprised at its great performance. There is no fall on the whip, but it is slightly weighted forward just before the popper, which gives a solid, deep, crack. Very easy to use for a beginner and the lack of the fall and the shorter popper way cuts down on those nasty welts on your back, wrists, neck etc. when trying new cracks or combos. At the price there really is no reason not to add one of these to your rack.

I wanted to make sure I would enjoy before I spent on a good whip. This whip fit my need exactly!! After a few days in the yard with this cheap whip, I now know it'll be ok to buy a better whip. This whip is very loose and somewhat difficult to get a good loud crack as a beginner. It still serves a great purpose as a starter or go-between. I'd buy again.

A spectacular whip, perfect for starting, only complaint is the whip is bent down from the handle rather sharply and this sort of inhibits it's usefulness with whipping about the head, but when you get the hang of it it has a very loud, impressive crack and it's very good quality, it's the perfect, cheap starters whip.
