If you want a heavy-duty monitor and keyboard stand, look no further. It has the reach and studiness to be mounted in workshop. I am using mine for my CNC shop.

Comes practially assembled and it goes up and down smoothly. It is a bit heavy but I am also short so bad leverage. It is well built. The package was a little torn so I was worried but fits all my monitors.

I did a lot of research before picking this one, and I encourage you to do the same. Two of my colleagues that started working before me already had one like it from another manufacturer that is much better because it extends forward in and out, but those were $1300. Otherwise this is the same. The only thing you have to worry about is the distance from the front to the back of your desk, which should be no more than 80cm. Also it needs a place to clamp on at the back of your desk which needs about 10, maaaaybe 15cm of room.It's more useful than just rising and lowering. The sun comes through my window in the morning and it used to blind me, but now I just rotate the stand away. Also,, I eat at my desk, so it's nice that you can move it out of the way and still watch cartoons on your lunch break.

Very soft to stand on whole at my desk. It is hard to roll over with chair wheels though so I only move it in place when I decide to elevate my desk and stand.

I was having a hard time finding a mat to fit the space I required (2 feet wide). I was a bit concerned about the price of this mat but I thought I would give it a try, since I couldn't find another one. I am so glad I did!!! The mat fits perfectly and is so comfortable and soft to stand on - highly recommended.
