Great tool!I did buy long sleeves oven mitts to use with the grill cleaner. So far I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I didn’t realize how much work my traditional wire grill brush was making for me until I tried the Mr. Bar-B-Q Bristle Free XL Steam Clean Griddle/Grill Brush powered by Scrub Daddy. For years, I had been using the standard wire brush to clean my grill, thinking it was just how it was done. But after using this product, I quickly realized how much easier and more efficient grill cleaning could be.The concept behind this cleaner is simple but brilliant. After cooking, I just leave the grill on for a few minutes to warm it up, then submerge the brush in a deep 1/8 hotel pan with water. Running it over the hot grill generates steam, which is key to loosening any stuck grease and food residue. This feature allows the brush to gently clean the grates without needing the excessive scrubbing I was used to with the wire brush. However, a word of caution: the steam that forms can get quite hot, so it’s crucial to avoid direct contact to avoid burns. Once I got past that initial learning curve, the process became smooth and much more efficient.The best part is how effective the brush is. In just a few passes, it picks up grease and residue, making the grill grates look like new. The design is bristle-free, so there’s no worry about stray wires coming off and getting caught in the food, which has always been a concern with my old wire brush. The handle is sturdy, and the overall construction of the brush feels well-made. It’s clear that the folks at Mr. Bar-B-Q put a lot of thought into the design, ensuring that it would last and perform well with regular use.Although I don’t know how long this brush will last, I feel like it’s an affordable enough product that I won’t mind replacing it when the time comes. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and it’s holding up well, with no signs of wear or deterioration. Even though it’s not the most expensive grill cleaner out there, its performance far surpasses the traditional wire brush, which makes it a great value.Overall, I’m a big fan of the Mr. Bar-B-Q Bristle Free XL Steam Clean Griddle/Grill Brush. It’s made grill cleaning easier, safer, and much more effective. Whether you’re a seasoned griller or just looking for a hassle-free way to maintain your grill, I highly recommend giving this product a try. It’s a real help when it comes to keeping your grill in top condition without the effort and worry that comes with older cleaning tools.

Wonderful product, cleans grill with little effort. Much safer than the wire type. Price and performance are great. Easy to hold and use.
