Wir sind in allen Steinen fündig geworden, aber leider alles weiss.Angaben zur Herkunft werden auch nicht gemacht.Trotzdem ganz schön teuer

Leider waren nur 4 Steine Geoden. Die anderen 11 innen solide und nicht schön, wenn sie sich überhaupt aufhauen ließen. Klarer Fehlkauf.

My yongest nephew adores the natural world and has from earliest age collected rocks in any shape or form. When I came accros the the National Geographic geode kit, there was no doubt in my mind, that he he would love giving it a crack. In my case, I used the geodes as alternative Easter eggs, and after the hunt was over, my niece and nephews put on safety goggles and got hammering. Aged 9, 7, and 4 none of them managed to crack the geodes on their own and the adult had to assist (which was a happy event for this auntie, who really wanted to give it a whack!).They are not that easy to get into. Some are solid (meaning all the way through), which makes the cracking hearder, and one I am not entirely convinced was an actual geode - I guess that might be hard to determine with 100% certainty. Nevertheless, everyone had a fabulous time, and several geodes broke open to reveal beautiful glittery quartz that showed very well in the spring sunshine. Kids had an absolute blast, and I would not hesitate to repeat the experiene. This was a very good starter kit, that would allow anyone to determine if geodes has the potential to become a hobby.

Es ist ein heiß gewünschtes Weihnachtsgeschenk geworden, welches auch voller Enthusiasmus in keine Stücke zerbrochen wurde.Leider befinden sich nur weiße Kristalle in den Geoden . Diese haben unterschiedliche Kristallgrössen. Teilweise sind die Geoden auch komplett durchbaut.Es ist schon Enttäuschung aufgekommen, da durch die Verpackung mehr zu erwarten war und das beschenkte Kind buntere Kristalle erwartet hatteUpdate: 10.01.25Freundlicherweise wurde ein zweites Set zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Geoden hatten die selbe Größe,jedoch mehr Farbvariation von Weiß,hellgrau über grau bis fliederlila. Es handelte sich um komplette Drusen.Lediglich eine Geode war kaum kristallin durchbaut und schlichtweg fast nur ein beider Stein.Wenn das zweite Set zuerst angekommen und verschenkt worden wäre, hätte ich keinerlei Einwände gehabt.Das zweite Set war sehr hübsch.Lediglich das erste Set war nicht wirklich schön.Schlussendlich hatten wir beim ersten Set wohl Pech gehabt.Es handelt sich halt um ein Naturprodukt.Ich wünsche viel-viel Glück und glückliche Kinderaugen!!!

Ein netter Spaß aber es mangelt schnell an Abwechslung für Erwachsene. Für Kinder ganz gut.

This was so much fun to do with my daughter she has a large rock collection and I bought this so I would have an idea of what one of these looks like on the outside so when I'm out rock hounding I can look for them. But I also had alot of fun doing this and most of the geodes had crystal formations inside I saw a fue reviews of diffrent boxes that said they only got a fue good ones maybe I got lucky who knows but i would 10/10 recommend this to anyone who likes rocks. Very cool also if ur wondering why there is only a fue geodes In the photo because me n the kiddos split them 😀

My nine year old grandson and his five year old sister really enjoyed it. It probably should have two protective goggles, because in the photo my daughter sent, my granddaughter was wearing her sunglasses, which are better than nothing at all. National Geographic should realize that a toy that includes geodes with a hammer is, unavoidably, GOING to have at least one other person as an audience.

Comprato per un regalo a mio figlio. Bello rompere col martello o col seghetto ed è una gioia immensa scoprire i cristalli all'interno, ogni pietra ha cristalli di diversi colori e forme. Una scoperta continua è come una ricerca del tesoro. Il prezzo ne vale veramente la pena.P.S.con un po' di voglia si possono fare anche dei piccoli gioielli.
