Quality is great. Supplier recommendation was to buy one size larger than chart sizes. I was on the cusp of a size and bought the larger size, I should have bought the second larger size--fits super snug and tight and can hardly get it on. Difficult for arthritic hands to stretch it sufficiently. It actually has five bone stays, not four, and is nearly 11 inches long rather than the 9.8 inches as indicated--too long for my 5'2" height. Definitely provides the desired shaping and has good back support.

Love the stretch it has so the fabric won't tear. Very comfortable and true to size.

It makes my fat uneven, my left side is like, really indented, and my right side is smooth, it doesn’t hold in my belly, and it pushes my fat to my chest and makes it look like I have a third boob. And it folds over everytime I do anything other than stand. DO NOT BUY.

This waist trainer is lightweight and not noticable under your clothes. However it does not cinch your waist a lot, It gives a little cinch. It was time consuming to put on. I'm 153 lbs I got a small and it was a good fit.I wear it to work for 10 hours and it's comfortable.
