Great replacement magnets for old used ones. My girlfriend had a bunch of magnetic picture frames that she wanted to put up but the magnets lost their stickiness and was unable to place them after removing them from the wall. These were perfect if not better than the originals.

These picture magnets are really strong and holds very well. Like some reviews have mentioned, the issue is with the adhesives. The adhesives attached to the back of the magnets are not as strong as the magnets themselves. This severely limits the effectiveness of the picture hangers. You can either use these magnets with lighter weight objects or stick better adhesives onto the back of the magnets as a workaround. Due to this reason, I'm giving it 3.5 stars.

The magnets are much stronger than I anticipated. For their size, they truly pack a punch. --- The backing plates are very clever too. The recessed divot perfectly matches the size of the magnet and it keeps the attached object from sliding down over time.These were marketed and sold as being suitable for hanging framed photos/art... but for my purposes they are great for promotional signs, open/closed signs, etc. Anything that needs to be changed frequently (and quickly) these are great.In our waiting room, it's also a nice way to keep the remote control handy. One side sticks to the back of the remote, and the other side is where it needs to be returned to. --- Very handy.Order the large size because you'll discover many uses around the house or business.

Very strong magnets but the adhesive could be better. Very versatile to what these could be used for. I applied it to the back of a canvas and attached it directly to the wall. Allowed 12 hours to pass and when I tried to pull it off, the magnets are so strong it pulled right off the canvas because the adhesive couldn't hold up. Had that problem with a few so I know it wasn't just one. Im sure these will work for a lot of other things but the adhesive never felt as tacky as you'd think given the strength of the magnets. That could be a problem if it gives out and drops what youre hanging up so be aware of that.

I really like how well these hold on metal surfaces. I stuck them on some block prints and they work great on the fridge. They feel really secure without sliding, while still being easy to remove. If you don't have a metal surface, they come with stick-on non-magnetic plates that can go on nearly any surface, so you can magnetically attach things with the magnets to them. This makes it easy to leave no holes, although I wonder it the glue will damage paint over time? The metal plates also have dimples that match the magnets, so if you level the plates, then you're almost guaranteed that the photo will also be level once you attach it. Overall, I'm sure I'll find lots of uses for these from crafts to wall hangings.
