Love the pen. It's the most ergonomic and comfortable pen I have had, and I have had many at different prpice-points. This is my second most favorite pen, as the first one is a sterling silver one with my initials :) As far as the fidget toy, cannot stop using it, and al alternative usage is holding the pen near the open cutout during a call or a meeting and fighting with the magnetism. Studies have shown that when writing something one remembers better than when simply hearing or seeing the information, so this definitely performa that takes as well, and you don't even have to write, but simply hover magnetically. Great job you guys for unintentionally creating a memory assistive device :)) . As far as the customer service goes, this team left me speechless. My original review mentioned a minor scratch on the base, but they went above and beyond with what they offered (even though I did not accept and simply wanted to keep my product and couldn't care less about the discount I originally asked for).

Wanted to get something for my lawyer and this pen is a great conversation piece for his table with the pen floating in the middle of the stand

I did return this product in the past because I am very particular with my writing implements in my office it looked great but I didn't like the feel. That being said the company has been extremely responsive in a positive manner and extremely customer service oriented because they care about their product and evidently about the customer as well. I highly recommend this company to do business with because Ray, and I don't know what position he holds, Is one of the best CS people in the industry. I would hire him in a heartbeat for my customer service business. Please give this company a try and see if you like that product it's a very personal thing but as far as dealing with the company you will not be dissatisfied.PS: Ray, representing his company has followed through on all of his promises and had totally handled any issues I may have had. I truly believe that service, as he provided should be rewarded so I urge you to do business with Novium as their service is exemplary in the market place today. Thank you Ray and you have my business for the future with any of the products you provide. And to Amazon, this is an AAA rating in my books they should be commended.
