A really great frame for cross stitching large projects. I find it is better for my hands and wrists than traditional hoops. This is also easier to tighten than a hoop, so my Aida is nice a taut when I stitch. I would recommend this to anyone who’s stitching larger pieces or if they have hand/wrist mobility issue or localized pain! I love it.Caveat/Con: Mine was sent from the USA. NURGE did not protect it with anything. They put the barcode around the hoop and there was nothing to protect it (not even cellophane or plastic wrap!). Amazon packaged it in a paper polymailer so it was wet on my doorstep. 😕

Having used a number of different hoops over many years of stitching, I think I have found one of the best. This hoop holds the fabric well in all directions. It has less slippage than other hoops I have used, and is lightweight. The set comes in several sizes so I can choose the right hoop for my project. Good value.

I love this embroidery hoop. The screw mechanism is much easier to use and a great design. I look for this brand now in other products. I would definitely order it again.
