Two chairs bought and two chairs returnedAlthough very comfortable the maximum height achieved (150cm) is somewhat shy of that which is advertised (157cm). This is important if trying to set up a desk correctly for extended use so, although we liked the comfort of the seat, the height made it uncomfortable for extended use.

Have used the chair for 12 months and about 3 months it started developing a problem which I tracked down to a faulty cylinder. Not that it wasn't doing its job, it was but not silently. Every time I got off and on the Chair it would make a rumble noise that would cause the floor vibrate. This eventually got worse getting on the nerves of my family. After speaking to their customer support they resolved this within 24 hours. after that time I had a complete new undercarriage of the chair, all the mechanical parts plus new cylinder. Not sure why this decided to send all of those bits as the only fault was with the cylinder, but hey, I'm sure they knew what they were doing. For me this was an excellent support and this also means that I won't hesitate in buying my next chair from them.

It's personal preference but I like these sturdy, thick cushioned chairs cause I am quite bony and don't trust these thin, net chairs. Yes, it is heavier as a result but that's the trade-off. Assembly was simple enough with the instructions. Quality seems very good - after a month of using it I've got no complaints. Very good adjustable features you'd expect from an office chair. Would recommend it.

This is a very heavy chair and the description is wrong. I had chosen this ugly industrial product only because I thought it was 9.6 Kg. IT IS NOT. The manufacturer costumer service was unhelpful but amazon arranged refund for me (Well done Amazon)PS. base does not slide (forward or backward) and the base tilt is a joke ( and very flimsy )

Arrived on time. Relatively easy to assemble but a little concentration is required, especially the seat adjustment unit which is on the heavy side. Once the adjustment arms have been mastered the chair is comfortable and good for purpose.
