I bought this for my son travels and he loves it! Very good quality material and very fancy. The colors don't fade with the sun and it fits him perfectly! Highly recommend!

The dinosaur design is pretty cute and it sort of is microfiber, but it's microfiber that's trying to emulate terry cloth texture. So in a way I guess it's ok because it's kinda soft, but its that "soft side of velcro" feeling soft which kinda attracts lint and everything to it which isn't so great. Also, even though it's microfiber, this isn't as quick drying as those glasses cleaner microfiber towels that are super fast drying, so this feels like it's like not quite there in either world? Like it's not as warm and soft and plush as a nice terry cloth towel, but it's also not as cool and light and quick to dry as a real quick dry towel, it just feels kind of middle of the road?I guess if your kid really likes dinosaurs (which mine does lol) it's still fine because at the end of the day, they're not hauling wet towels back after swims... For you as a parent though... I guess you have to balance do I want to give my kid some dinosaurs, or do I want to lighten my own load lol...Anyway... it's fine, but not super great. If your kid doesn't like the texture of the quick dry microfiber, then this is an ok compromise because at least it is lighter and less bulky than actual terry cloth...

I ordered this for the use of my three-year-old granddaughter when she comes to visit and wants to use the hottub on the deck. I normally just give her a towel which she barely uses and leaves on the deck, but this item is so cute and unique, I think she will love it and will hang on to it! It is a cross between a beach towel, a Halloween costume and a cape! The hood (the dino face in the photo) will go over her hair, and the cape-like towel wraps around her and snaps uner the neck. The design on the back of the cape is two dinosaurs that come together in the middle to share a three-dimensional tail sewn to the back of the cape. When it flips to one side, it is the red dino's tail; when it flips to the other, it is the green dino's tail. And when you look at her from the side, you see the tail sticking out behind her as if she is the dinosaur. The design is so clever! (be sure to view the video in the ad--it does a better job than I can of showing you how it looks.) The whole thing is made of a medium-weight terry cloth--not all that thick or of the best quality, but it is absorbant. The cape is white on the inside with the design in bright print on the outside. I hope it doesn't fade when I wash it--will go with cold water to begin with and see if that gets it clean without fading. The size is large for her at age 3, but she'll grow into it in a couple of years, Main thing is, she will love it and enjoy it for as long as it lasts, and that's what counts!

I live in sunny FL and frequent the beach and pool often with my kids, so I'm always on the lookout for beach/pool related accessories. I figured this towel would be perfect for my son, and it is! For starters, it arrived well packaged and free of any visible signs of damage. It didn't have any kind of off-putting chemical smell when I opened it either, which I appreciate. I went with the dinosaur beach themed towel, and my son really loves it. The images are clear and the print job was well done. I will say, it didn't feel as soft as I was expecting when I first opened it, but after a wash, it softened up nicely. The size is perfect for him, and he loves wearing the dino hood. It's absorbent, and the fabric isn't too thin or too heavy. It's perfect for a child, and we couldn't be happier with it overall. Considering the price point, I think it's a good value towel and of good quality overall. I would definitely recommend it!

Arrived quickly for my little dinosaur girl and she loves it and wants to wear it around the house and the little hand pockets and tail are too cute. Had to order a second one already! 5 roar review for this dinosaur towel.
