30 Half round wood sticks in a cellophane wrapper. The dimensions of the sticks are as described on the product page. The sticks arrived in good conditions. All of the sticks are perfectly straight. No splinters, splits or blemishes.The dowels are completely untreated. The wood is pine with an unappealing stripy grain. I would expect pine to be less expensive. The wood is lightweight and less strong than most alternatives. We we only be using these dowels for decorative details, so strength will not be a problem for us.
