The locks I received (2) look very different from the one on the Amazon store-front. It's probably just an older batch picture on the site.But it works well enough and seems ok. Hopefully it's not a knock-off of the original. (Shame on Amazon if it is a rip-off version)Most notably though, it does NOT come with a carrying case or a reminder chord. It's ONLY the padlock with 3 keys and some batteries already fitted.It's also a pretty hefty lock. Much bigger than expected, but more in line with the old style D-locks from 20 years ago. And they were pretty reliable.The alarm works after a small delay and constant tampering, but it's not as loud as I was expecting and sometimes doesn't go off if the tampering is intermittent. But for the price, it's definitely a deterrent.Average quality, missing some items, functional, worth the cheap price.Let's hope it lasts!

This product is offered in two versions. Just the lock and the lock with bits and pieces (= reminder cable and some other stuff). Some unscrupulous vendors advertise the more complete version but send you the more basic one. Not a massive price difference between both, but still ...The lock itself works great. The alarm is very sensitive and it went off the first couple of times that I tried to lock it. That said, i was a bit disappointed with the soundlevel. The alarm for sure did not alert my neighbours. On the other hand, when used with a decent chain ...

There should be a handlebar safety wire but there is not. Alarm is sensitive to movement which is good. I don't have an issue disarming it like others have mentioned.

Excellent Value Product. This product was better than expected considering the reasonable price. I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend this Disc Lock. The alarm sound is lower than expected but I believe it is more than adequate to stop someone interfering with my bike.

Das Schloss fällt wirklich auf wenn es am Motorrad angebracht ist. Daher würde ich die abschreckende Wirkung als ganz gut einschätzen. Da kein Erinnerungkabel mitgeliefert wurde muss dieses separat erworben werden. Leider geht der Alarm regelmäßig an, wenn ich versuche das Schloss aufzusperren, wobei ich dies nicht als Makel einschätze. Jedoch geht das Schloss auch immer wieder an, wenn ich dieses während der Fahrt in meinem Magnet-Tankrucksack verstaue. Ich schätze dass hat mit den Magneten zu tun, die den Mechanismus betätigen der die Alarmfunktion einschaltet. Etwas nervig aber trotzdem ein recht solides Produkt.

Also das Schloss ist ziemlich massiv, der Alarm ist auch relativ laut. Allerdings braucht es schon mehr als einen kleinen Stoß um ihn auszulösen. Das Schloss sollte empfindlicher reagieren.

Sometimes alarm goes off for nothing especially windy times. Quite sensitive. However very durable and nice lock.

A great product easy to use and is a good deterrent protector.The alarm is not that loud but is shrill and quickly irritating which is good. It is sensitive and any messing with the bike sets it off .Also no need for unsightly yellow cables to remind you you have a disk lock on the alarm does that job too.the size also meanes you can add another chain or bar to secure your bike to something else. I have also used it on my pushbike in Cambridge..A great product if the plastic felt a little more robust that could only add to the appeal.. well worth the money.

Very sturdy quality lock. I bought this lock because it was approved by the insurance companies in Sweden where I live. I use it for my electric Fatglider (electric bicycle/motorcycle) and attach it to my disc brake in the back wheel. My wheels are quite small so there very limited space left to attach the lock, but it fits the disc brake if I adjust the wheel position a little bit. You can also use it with a heavy chain. You can choose to lock using the alam feature or lock without the alarm is armed. Easy to use. Delivery was very quick. I can recommend this.
