Produit reçu sans emballage d'origine mis dans le carton simplement.Il manque le couvercle estampillé Hello Kitty et les couverts sont marqués, ce qui indique que le produit n'est pas neuf...

The lunch box came missing the lid and poorly packaged the first time, but upon contacting customer support i was able to return in and receive a new one. It cane better packaged the 2nd time around and all in one piece fortunately :) bought it for my daughter at nursery. It’s cute and fits her needs.

As a hello kitty fan, I automatically love this.BUT the whole item is so sturdy, like, you know, well build. The seal on it keeps the food fresh and contains everything. The cultery holder bit is perfect. It's a decent size for lunches.I have ran it through the dishwasher a couple of times and it's been good. No issues.
