I like it, but the fish don't, yet. It's well made and I think will last a long time, which I might need on my lake.

I'm just learning to cast reel. I went from a 9 foot pole to an 11 foot. THAT, made all the difference. My neighbor suggested that I put braided line on it. Incredible....Now, with a 3oz sinker, I can reliably cast over 130 yards. This reel is awesome.

My favorite catfish reels to date and I've owned many! Great drag, levelwind and a loud clicker when activated.

Very happy with this reel! It's everything I expected it to be - lightweight, level wind works great, and the 5:1 gear ratio makes reeling up in deep water faster/easier. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but I expect with basic cleaning, oil, lube (a must for saltwater) it'll hold up just as well as my Warfare 20LW has.
