You can tell this is a sturdy stand just from lifting the box. It’s very weighty which is a good thing for this item. After havingy tv in the wall for a good few years I had completely misplaced the original stand so this item came in very useful. It was really easy to assemble due to the instructions included and didn’t take long at all. Once the telly was on it you couldn't tell it wasn’t the original stand. It looks great and works great. The tilt function ensures I have a good view of the tv and it sits nice and secure in my unit. Very happy with this and great quality for the price.

Just about does the job. It is a little wobbly and fragile when you put the biggest TVs on and doesn't always feel stable. But it does what it needs to do and generally no conplaints

The way the bolts and washers are all numbered along with the very detailed step by step instructions make putting this stand together a doddle. It’s very well made and powder coated for a long lasting finish-apart from the black glass of the base that adds style.If this Perlegear stand is going to be used in a quiet household-no parties or children-then it’s likely to stay upright wherever you want to position it. However, it doesn’t take much of a bump to make it wobble quite alarmingly. When this is from side to side then your TV is still safe and won’t tip over. But as the centre of gravity, particularly with taller televisions, is at the very rear of the base then it tipping over backwards is a distinct possibility. If a wall is directly behind the set then it will probably survive. I wouldn’t want to take my chances if it’s stood on a cabinet further out into a room, as shown in some of the listing’s photos.All in all this is a very good stand but care needs to be take when siting it.

It’s strong and stable, which was my main concern. The tempered glass base looks modern and holds the weight of my big TV very well. I was worried it might wobble or feel flimsy, but it doesn’t at all. It feels solid and safe.What I really like is the height adjustment. I was able to raise the screen to the perfect level so I don’t have to look down or up when watching TV. It makes movie nights and gaming much more comfortable. The swivel feature is also very handy. I can turn the screen left or right depending on where I’m sitting, and it moves smoothly without any noise.The instructions were easy to follow and I put it together in less than 30 minutes. All the screws and tools were included. It also helped that the parts were clearly labelled.This stand fits my table well and saved me from having to mount the TV on the wall. It looks neat and tidy, and there’s space underneath the stand for small items like a soundbar or game console.It works well, looks good, and feels safe. If you have a large TV and don’t want to drill holes in your wall, I’d definitely recommend this stand.

TVs have increased in size over recent years, and if like me, your TV stands on a cabinet, it can look odd, hanging over at either side. This Perlegear stand, has a slick looking black tempered glass base, that sits solidly in place.The stand is assembled from the supplied kit of parts, by following the comprehensive instructions in the manual provided. It caters for all standard VESA mounting methods and can be used with TVs up to 70 inches. However, the bonus with this stand, is the adjustable height and tilt, thus allowing it to be positioned for optimal viewing.Perlegear make a large range of different stands and wall brackets, but this stand is strong, with a good build quality. It came very well packaged, and will suit my 43 inch Panasonic TV nicely. Priced at £39.99 when reviewed (May 2025) it’s also good value for money.Recommended.
