GEARLASSO Cordless Car Buffer PolisherThis polisher/sander arrives with a huge amount of extras which I have listed below. It really is a comprehensive set which arrives complete with a zip up storage bag. This is essentially a random orbital sander that has the ability to be used as a buffer or polisher as well. The only thing that isn't included is polish and buffing compound.I have had many full size buffer polisher machines which were always corded and quite heavy to use, although that weight does help with the buffing process. This tool is much lighter in weight and is easy to handle. What is most important is that this has selectable speeds as a slow speed is essential for polishing, otherwise you risk creating burn marks in the polished surface. There are 8 speeds available, the lower speeds being suitable for buffing and polishing, the higher speeds are more suited to sanding. A long press on the trigger button powers this on, subsequent presses increase the speed. A battery indicator shows the current state of charge, this is situated on the machine, not on the battery.You are supplied with two 21 volt lithium-ion batteries, they each have a capacity of just 2.0 Ah which is not huge. But at least you have two which allows for one to be on charge with one in use. Both batteries arrived showing full charge which is a good sign that the batteries are reliable.The polisher is a little larger than a normal cordless sander/polisher, but is much smaller and lighter than a traditional buffer/polisher. What I like about cordless is that there is no cumbersome cable to worry about, a cable can get picked up by the spinning head, plus it's hard to prevent a cable rubbing against the polished paintwork especially if working on a vehicle.Overall this is a well made and handy multi purpose sander/buffer/polisher. It will not work as well as a traditional dedicated buffer/polisher as this has more of a random orbital sander pattern, instead of just spinning, but it works well enough for most tasks. I used to be a car valeter and love to polish my car so I jumped at the chance to order this cordless polisher /buffer from the Amazon vine testing program.It came very well packaged in its own presentation box and there was no damage upon delivery.I was extremely impressed by what's in at the box in this kit, you get the buffer comma and lots of different types of pads for polishing and buffing, you also get some wet and dry sanding discs if you decide that you want to try and do repair job on your car, or just send some things down in your house if you need to.It's also came with a carrying bag come up some instructions and an apron and a pair of gloves. Phew !that is a lot of kit, now to test it!!.Well what can I say this works an absolute treat come up all you need to do is charge up battery and pop one of the batteries in the bottom (they actually both came pre-charged). And then hold the on button to make it start working, you then press the on button again and then again to put the rotary speed up.I use this to polish my black fireplace while testing and it worked an absolute treat I was highly impressed.I used one of the sponge buffers , be careful as they do get very hot with friction.It's so simple to change the different types of head as they are just on with Velcro.What I will say though is that after you get past about speed five it does sound like a jet engine taking off so I'm not sure if I'll take it past that again.Overall for the money I just think this is a brilliant bit of kit especially as it's cordless and especially as I love polishing my car, if you're in the valeting business this could be a brilliant tool for you I can highly recommend it.

This is a really well equipped kit that allows you to do some serious detailing work on your car. My car had a bunch of little paint dings and scratches and with the right compound, I was able to use this little machine to buff them right out.This kit comes with two batteries, a charger, several buffing and cleaning pads, and a handy bag that holds it all. I found that the batteries hold a good charge and allow the buffer to run for at least 2 hours, on and off. I would expect that if you put one of the batteries on a charger while you're using the other, you would have no problem with power by swapping batteries as needed.The buffer itself has several speeds, the lower ones are good for waxing, while the higher ones are better for buffing out scratches and other paint defects. It is small, relatively light, and easy to use. I have a different corded buffer, and this is definitely much easier to use.The only thing to remember is to buy the correct polishing compound or wax, and then you'll be on your way!
