I am a 34b and found the size was good for me, not too big and not too small. These bra inserts are great, I have used them in both my bikini and in unpadded bras to give me more of a boost. Definitely gives you a push up when placed correctly and they stay in place very well without any adjustments. If they are placed under material they are comfy but if in contact with direct skin you may sweat so I recommend using a all purpose body deodorant.

My daughter got these for swimming. She says it gives more support to her swimsuit but if the clear bits fall out then you won't be able to find it in the water.

Vienen dos el de color carne es un poco grueso y hace que el pecho suba un poco más, que el transparente que tiene la forma más alargada y rellena un poco menos.

Cumplen su función pero debes recolocarlas.Las transparentes son algo menos voluminosas y con otra forma así que según la prenda puedes elegir las que mejor se adaptan.No evitan que transpires, pero es normal en todas. La silicona tiene ese inconveniente.
