Works well. It's nice to not have to fish the thermometer out and try to get the angle right. I can read the temp with no issue (as long as it's not facing the sun). It turned on and immediately worked. It also came with a short cord to tie it in place- which is helpful if you don't want to be fishing it out of the skimmer basket all the time.

This pool thermometer is the greatest! It’s accurate and you can read it from anywhere you are. Sooo much easier than having to be in the pool to fish out a thermometer and read a tiny temperature line. This takes out all the guesswork with a clear, easy to read screen. The solar panel keeps it charged up so it’s working great all the time. This is the absolute best pool thermometer ever!!

Used in pool today & worked immediately. Nice sunny day and temperature showed within 20 seconds of sun exposure. Nice big numbers, both sides, lovely hot pink color. Little smaller than I thought but perfect, not intrusive. Did not get stuck in skimmer at all. Very pleased with this thermometer, highly recommend. Only cannot speak to longevity as just received but seems very well made & hoping for few years use.

This solar pool thermometer is great! It features two screens unlike most others I have seen that only contain one. The screens are also rather large, which allows the temperature to be easily readable at almost any angle. The solar panel is a decent size and is enough to keep the temperature displayed all day and night. There is a button to turn it off and on. The same button also allows you to choose between degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. It also comes with a tether rope if you desire to tie it off to your ladder or something similar. 5 year leak proof warranty and free replacement if it leaks. Highly recommend!
