Questa palla fitness da 45 cm di diametro è un prodotto di nicchia, ideale per chi ha esigenze specifiche al di fuori delle misure standard. Nel mio caso, si è rivelata perfetta.I materiali sono di ottima qualità, il colore grigio è piacevole e la resistenza è molto buona (attenzione però al peso massimo supportato, leggermente inferiore alla media). L’elasticità è eccellente e la pompa inclusa rende il gonfiaggio semplice e comodo.L’ho trovata particolarmente utile per gli esercizi di stretching della schiena, poiché il diametro ridotto mi permette di distendermi meglio, e per alcuni esercizi con le gambe, vista la mia statura inferiore alla media.

Love this ball! I am using it instead of a chair; just had knee replacement surgery 2 months ago and have been using the ball for pretty much the whole time. Best of all: i didn't have to blow it up since the first day ( I blew it up the first day, waited a few hours, and added some more air...and it's been fine since!). I also think it helped a lot as therapy for my knee: I sit on it and move it back and forth, bending the knee as far as I can...
