They’re simple enough to attach to a plant that hangs. It’s too big for the plant I needed it for, but I had a hard time figuring out how I was going to get the string of hearta to go around it. Maybe the problem lies in it being too big. I couldn’t attach it to the pot or the holder strings. I instead used it as a bucket for bottom watering and that worked out well so even if I can’t use it for the intended purpose, it will still serve me well.

I really need these type of water catchers and I was excited to get them. They do not stay hooked to my hanging baskets, however. They are also a very flimsy plastic, which might be the reason why the hooks aren’t strong enough to stay on.

These fit your run of the mill hanging medium green pots with the large hook that you get at most garden stores. I used one without the hooks as you can just cut them off easily for a regular non-hanging pot. Makes watering so much easier!

I use these type drip bowls on many of my potted plants. The Quintriae set of 6 arrived exactly as described. The pan is molded in a design that allows the hooks to be positioned and attach to my smaller sized pots. If I don't need the hooks feature for non-hanging pots, I simply leave them level. The base measures just over six inches, so that will determine what maximum size of pot it can be used on. Other sizes are available, be sure and measure your pots' sizes. The drip trays keep excess water from flowing to the floor, the plant stand, or ground beneath. They also allow for less additions of water, since the extra is "saved" in the plastic bowl. I like that they are clear, that allows me to monitor the water level and continue to see the plant pot inside. This six pack is convenient and economical.
